So far so good! I like my care manager, Renee. She is down to earth and treats me well. It's nice to have someone to help me get things done. It helps me be accountable for my health.
My question is who are they helping with things like rental arrears and security deposit? Where is all the funding actually going, Myself and others I know have all been denied help rather it was for security or arrears. The attitudes of the people that work here are so disgusting, Especially the “ Sweet Jamaican lady” that you’re greeted by” nobody answers the phones. I really would like to know who’s actually benefited from this place.
HORRIBLE PLACE! This is supposed to be a sanctuary for people looking for help and it's anything but. The women that work there all have nasty attitudes and I left that place feeling worse about myself than I did before I got there. This is unacceptable, being treated like a THIEF is UNFORGIVABLE!!!!!
