Baby Steps Childcare Ministry

I was super nervous about starting daycare. We were very fortunate to be able to manage 1 year of just having our daughter home, and I wanted to make sure she would be really happy wherever we brought her. We’ve been at Baby Steps for 3 months now and every day she has been excited and happy to be there! Never even tears at drop off. We love all the communication we get through the app and the prompt responses from care takers! They get to do lots of fun activities, even at 1 year old! My daughter has learned so much and is growing socially as well! Can’t recommend Baby Steps enough!

I highly recommend Baby Steps Childcare. I had to put my first born in daycare after COVID and I was absolutely terrified on doing so. I looked at several different daycares and found Baby Steps. I took a leap of faith and have been so blessed to have found such an amazing facility. They have amazing staff and I love that they are up to date on all of their trainings. They do take a few days during the year to do in service trainings, which I appreciate because it shows that they are constantly learning and evolving. I now have had 3 kids in the daycare. My oldest is now entering Kindergarten and I have seen so much growth emotionally and educationally in her. I know none of that wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing staff. They keep you very informed. I know when my children have their snack time, lunch, naps, and diaper changes. As well as everything in between. They keep you informed and communicate often which helps put my mind at ease. The director, Elisha, and assistant director, Daniela, are such a great team. They offer so many amazing things for the children and help problem solve any issues (which have been far and few in between). Baby Steps has genuinely been like another family for my kids.

Out of all honesty this is the best day care, my children has ever attended. They have a great curriculum for the Kiddos which I love. My son has grown so much since he’s been with Baby Steps! All the teachers are a Blessing to have very caring and compassionate! Thank You all for all you do!

Best Daycare Ever!! Elisha the director and her assistant Daniela are always going above and beyond for the kids. Planning theme weeks and things for them to do during the summer. They get Kona Ice Cream trucks, water slides, bounce houses and a petting zoo!!! Im really happy that my son attends this daycare. All staff are very family oriented and you can feel how much they care for the kids. Lisa is also an amazing infant teacher that helps you so much and gives great ideas for baby foods and helps with sleeping schedules and how to introduce food. I learned so much from her. They are all just great. I totally recommend!!!! Keep the awesome work ladies!!!!!

We found baby steps in September after my husband & I both took new jobs 1 week apart, which required we find full time childcare for our then 4 yo son. After using every route we could we found Baby Steps was the ONLY place at that time that had availability. We signed him up and he started the next week. We were so nervous, everything was happening so fast, we knew nothing about this place, our son had only ever been with his grandparents. I am happy to say Baby Steps has exceeded our expectations, we are sooo happy. Our son loves it there, the teachers, (Ms Paola, Ms Angelica, Ms Elisha, & Ms Katie just to name a few) are wonderful, you can tell they really do care about the children, it's more than a job to them. They are so creative & festive. We love the app they use to send pics and videos throughout the day and to communicate with us. We also feel that the children are safe when we leave them, there are at least 2 points of contact/locked doors to get through before you can get to the children. When they posted a sign in the spring stating Summer Camp for school age children we were so excited. Our 8yo daughter had been going to Boys & Girls Club for before/after school care and summer camp last year. I'll just say it was not a good experience. We jumped at the chance to send her to Baby Steps, and let me just say it has been a God send. It's so awesome to see her come running down the stairs smiling when I pick her up, and her be excited to tell me about what she did, her new friends, what her teachers did that day, and show us what craft she's made. We are so sad that when the school year starts our family will be leaving as our son will start kindergarten. We hope that they continue the summer camp next year so we can send the kids back.
