My children attended this school during the Brazilian school holidays for three weeks in January, and it was an excellent experience. Everyone was very attentive, knew all the children by name, and sent updates and photos throughout the day, which made me feel at ease. My children left school every day happy and excited about the activities and their interactions with classmates and teachers. I plan to return on another occasion.
As a first time mom leaving my baby (just over 4 months old at the time) in daycare was such a tough decision. I stopped by ALC unannounced to ask about their services, and to my surprise the staff welcomed me so warmly. They remembered me from over 10 years ago when I was listed as a family contact for two of their students. It really felt like leaving my baby with family. The center is clean, safe, and very well kept, which gave me peace of mind right away. What I also really love is that the principal/owner is very involved and hands-on with each child’s development. That kind of personal attention is very reassuring. Our baby’s caregiver/teacher is incredibly caring and attentive, and it shows. In just a short time, our little one has been thriving, meeting milestones, and is the happiest baby, always with a smile on his face. My daughter has been attending ALC since 9 mo old and she is now over 6. The absolute best choice I have ever made. ‘Excellence’ is an understatement. My daughter and I love the school, the staff, the program. I have zero complaints. I am proud of what the Directors have built, their detailed curriculum, constant and detailed communication and more importantly, how they take care of her and her education. Thanks to all of you, you are making a big difference in my daughter’s education.
5 stars — Aventura Learning Center is a gem! Our daughter has been at Aventura Learning Center since she was 2 (she’s 6 now), and we absolutely love it. The school goes up to 5th grade, is family-owned and operated, and they truly treat us like family. The teachers and staff are caring, consistent, and communicative, and our daughter is thriving academically and socially because of their support. The environment is warm, structured, and focused on growth—exactly what we wanted. We’ve genuinely grown to love this community and highly recommend Aventura Learning Center to any family looking for a school that combines heart with results.
If I could give this school 10 stars, I would! we visited many schools before deciding to enroll both our children at Aventura Learning Center. the level of attention, education, guidance, and one on one time with the teachers cannot be beat. not only are my children receiving the top education that they can, the school also feels Just like a family. When you call the school, the phone never rings more than twice. You can get in touch with staff at any time, and they treat each child as if they were their own. I wish the grades went all the way to high school. We have no complaints. Mrs. Otero is a fantastic principal. We love each teacher that works there, but Mrs. Otero, Mrs. Paniagua, Ms. O at the front desk, Mrs. Hart, ms. A and Miss Alexia are top-tier!
