Lived here mostly all my life with my mom! Doubled back got my own apartment with my children! Been living here for 14 yrs. My vehicle and apt was shot at and up behind an incident that didn't involve me! They didn't provide me with a transfer nor safety for my children! Instead when I removed myself and my children refused to resign the lease and basically moved on! I turned in my keys and wrote a 30 day notice. The previous resident manager verified my new move as well to my new landlord! I keep getting "abandoned notices" and the new team stood in my face TODAY speaking about a balance that y'all previous team ain't handled properly! They can't find the copy of my 30 day notice, the copy of my key return, couldn't find me a transfer unit AFTER their resident damaged my car and my life honestly! She just got evicted allegedly and the incident happen in October 2024. The audacity to say I ain't paid rent since 2009 is diabolical! Girl it's 2025 is that ain't even possible lol! I would've been evicted! I hate it there and so glad GOD showed me favor and removed me from this UNORGANIZED UNORTHODOX UNPROFESSIONAL UNSAFE PLACE! I been quiet but y'all are to put some respect on me and stop bothering me let me be in the peace I've created!
Horrible horrible terrible experience dealing with this apartment complex. Leasing staff was absolutely awful. They are very unorganized and unprofessional. They took my security deposit 4 weeks went by no call or communication on status of my application and move in date. Also never seen the apartment I signed and payed a deposit to lease. Please don’t waste your time with these people like I did go to summit living at Bennington they’ll take great care of you
Office staff is great talk to Tiffany Maintenance sucks Work orders - sucks Curfew for kids - sucks Kids - disrespectful I mean we can't control nobody kids but we have seniors out here.. Speed bumps ridiculous going to tear somebody car up... Need more stop signs. And security cameras up.. I understand everything cost but let everything be in the making ( process )
