My daughter has been going here for a year and its amazing. She really has learned allot. She has never came home with bruises or ever told me of any teacher mistreating her. Brandy loves the kids here and so does her staff. We also adore Ms. Danielle. My daughter use to cry and say she didn't like her school. Now she ask me if she can go to school. I love this place and have never seen nor has my daughter ever experince any kind of abuse here.

My son and daughter went to Aurora Academy for almost three years -- and they *were* great, at the beginning. Unfortunately, they hired a new on-site director around March/April 2020 and services went downhill. Where I always thought my special needs son was safe, the last month or so I questioned his level of care and am much more relieved that he is no longer enrolled. On more than one occasion my son had dried poop in his diaper. At one pickup I found him alone in a classroom. When I tried to speak to someone higher up, I would never get calls back. When trying to call the center to speak to the on-site director, she would screen my calls (attached picture where I once tried to call 6 times in the morning and I never could get a hold of anyone). Towards the end of our stay there, I tried to speak to her in person and was told she wasn't there. When I told the teacher that I saw her car in the parking lot, she then told me that she was on the phone. When I said I would wait until she was finished, I was told I would get a call back later than evening, which of course I never did. OVERALL, the Center is very unprofessional, and I am so happy my children no longer attend this childcare.

Never ever did I think I would be putting a bad review on a daycare I took my daughter to but I have to. She came home with a huge knot on her forehead. I always got incident reports even for the smallest thing. I only ever see on person there? Like where is the staff, who is watching them surely not one person. No one said anything and I know she cried it was so big. I feel terrible for not reading the reviews first.

I Love this Center it is the best of the best . The Care for the children is Awesome as well as the staff . This is a daycare I can always count on from the nutrition ,learning skills and so much more my child is getting . You have to check it out for yourself you won't be disappointed . You and your family will fall in love . The times is great as well as the Weekly fees . No Childcare can top this one.. 😍😍 Team Aurora Stem Academy ..

Would not recommend for any parent who cares about their children. A friend of mine had a working interview for the day and experienced every parents worst nightmare. The teachers abusing children, physically restraining the kids to the point of bruising and reddening the skin. Yelling at the children and just treating them awfully. Will be contacting proper authorities of the situation aswell. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE. SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE FOR DOING BABIES LIKE THIS. This place needs to be shut down immediately
