Dirty and sickening establishment. Very rude and disrespectful people work here. Would not recommend to anyone. Call Goodwill or salvation army. Youll get more help
Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even to people to donate too. Staff were mean, and clearly racist. If you are staying here and in the mommy and me program they basically look for reasons to kick them out before graduation date so they don’t need to pay for housing. I went to their storage during the holidays to get my second booster shot of the covid vaccine and I seen so many people donating Xmas gifts. Brand new clothes and sneakers and great items. I spoke to my friend that Christmas and they gave them socks and kids books. So all donated stuff never reached anyone. Not shocking at all. If your not staying there in the mommy and me program you should be fine because they don’t need to pay for housing. Otherwise stir clear if your in that program. You will be kicked out before graduation even if you are doing well.
I would give this place 5 stars if they didn't abandon me when I needed them most. But as far as a facility goes, they are amazing. The staff can be good or bad depending on how you are. If you follow the rules, you should have no problem. I never had an issue with staff. But I also tried to take advantage of the fact that they put a roof over my head when I desperately needed one.

The entire place is dead. The light is off. The door bell is broken. The sign is on the ground. The landscape looks awful. The front door smells like dead animals.
