Drew did the initial proposal and was friendly and knowledgeable. I explained I wanted to be fairly aggressive with the pruning. The crew that came out were friendly, efficient, and tidy. However, that kept pushing back on what I thought was going to be the amount of pruning. In the end I don’t believe they met my expectations. Update: Drew came out and reviewed the work. Highlighted danger in pruning back too far, but also identified some areas that he could take back some more and took care of it. Excellent approach to addressing customer concerns.
Aspen Tree / SavATree has installed and maintained Christmas lights on our outdoor tree for 10+ years, and we are very happy with their service & professionalism! Brian and Burke have consistently gone above & beyond to find new lighting options for us over the years, periodically check in, and ensure the lights & colors are all working properly. Five stars, highly recommend!
Edit: Service was eventually provided about a week or two after the original review. They did a great job. Hope communication is better in the future. Original review: We were told on 10/10 that we’d be scheduled for our requested services and paid the full invoice for service within a week. The company has never reached out to schedule and became quite frustrated when we call them ourselves to schedule. Leaving two stars because the quote process was straight forward and the person who came to give the quote was personable. Otherwise, I’m very disappointed with how this company has handled everything thereafter. The price initially seemed reasonable for the area and services requested, but it’s pretty cruddy to be out $500+ four weeks later with nothing to show for it….
Aspen Tree planted most of our trees over seven years ago. We started with minimal trees on our property and have gradually grown our own forest. It has been amazing working with Jason, Jon, and the entire crew here in Ridgway. Our trees are thriving (see photos!). We rely on Aspen Savatree for quarterly services and we always have personal access to tree advice and treatments as needed. Aspen is a huge asset to our community. 🙏🏼🏔️
SavATrees crew did a fabulous job. They were on time, completed contract professionally and cleaned up after their job. The crew was very knowledgeable and professional. We will use them from now on. Thanks very satisfied.
