This daycare is absolutely horrible! My 4 kids were there for a year. My kids were bullied by teachers and children nothing was ever done. I was in contact with the director and the owner about how my children were being treated. My youngest was in toddler 2 and was going outside during the summer with no water. Teachers are always on their phones not watching the kids. A teacher just passes out while watching the kids. Even in the infant room. The directors daughter lives upstairs and has been charged in a drug case. This place needs shut down my daughter has been hit in the face nothing was done because it was a teachers child that did it. Absolutely the worst daycare I have ever had to deal with. The only good part is Harley and Ryen the preschool teachers. They are amazing. But don't try to complain to the director if your kids go here they will kick you out.
Shannon the Director is wonderful. It was the first time I have ever put my kids in a daycare everyone was great. They were very understanding and eased my nerves. They are Experienced mothers, which made it all the better for Me at least. If you look them up on Facebook they had been tagged by an employee who no longer works there . And the other negative reviews the situation was dealt with and the said employee was relieved immediately, and They will accommodate you as much as possible. The facility is in need of some minor updates. But otherwise I am satisfied with the care given. My daughter didn't want to leave because she had so much fun.
0 star This is the worst day care ever experienced. They yell at children rather than discipline in productive ways. They lose children's belongings. Very unorganized. Not up to date as far as the facility itself and the toys for children. No point in taking anything to management because she does not listen to paying costumers and most importantly caring parents & the owner does not care about anything but $$. This day care center needs completely refurnished and some staff as well as management should be replaced. Do not take you child here
9/6/23 .Horrible place for children. Teachers on drugs , bullying children and neglecting basic needs of food and water. Junkies living in school around kids. Actively beings investigated by state, would give -1 star. Protect your kids from this place.
My daughter dropped off my grandson 15 min later then usual and when she dropped him off she was told he would have a plate made for breakfast. So she thought he was getting breakfast and she picked him up at 2:15 she found out that they didn't give him anything to eat til 12:45. So they did not give him breakfast And he had to watch the rest of the kids eat. This is so ridiculous. How are you still carrying for children and babies.
