Asbury Learning Center LLC

Beware of this learning center. They will mess up your billing and overcharge you. When you notify them that you have been overcharged, they will only say "we will check with corporate" It has been months now that we have been trying to get a several hundred dollar over-charge refunded, but every time we call we hear the same thing "we will check with corporate". We disputed the charge with our bank and got a refund, only to be charged the exact same amount from Asbury Lake Learning Center within a few days. We have not been associated with this LC for months, but they still believe they have the legal right to withdraw money from our bank account willy-nilly. I smell a lawsuit in the making.

I absolutely love LALC! We love director Mrs. Mona!!! We absolutely love Mrs. Robin the VPK teacher. My oldest had her and I made sure my youngest had her as well. All of the staff are amazing. The environment is loving, nurturing and clean. It is amazing to come check your child out and you hear giggles and see Mrs. Mona and the teachers playing tag or red light green light with the kids. My child loves it so much he always asks to stay later.

Where do i begin??? This center has definitely been the best since i enrolled my kids there! The kind hearted and friendly staff make me feel like they're part of my own family! Ms. Mona, the director and Ms. Emily the assistant director, always greet not only me but every parent by first name - they bring positive vibes and energy no matter what day it is! Even the cook, Mr. Jay engages with me and other parents as well! The activities they have my kids doing blows my mind!! Hands down, BEST center in Green Cove Springs!!

We’re big fans of Mona and her staff at Lake Asbury Learning Center. Our 4 year old just started VPK here 3 weeks ago and she’s thriving. We originally hadn’t planned on sending her to a VPK, but had stalled on teaching her to sound out letters and were having difficulty getting her to interact with children her own age. Since being at LALC, her new favorite thing is telling us what letter words start with and completing her writing workbooks. She’s made several friends at school and now plays with kids her age when we’re out, when she previously would only interact with adults.

My kids (2 & 4) have been attending for just over a month and we are so happy here. I’m impressed with the increase in both of their vocabularies in just the short time they’ve been going already. Their teachers are so sweet and nurturing - both kids light up when they see them at drop off each morning. It’s very reassuring to see them so comfortable and happy with the adults that they spend so much of their day with. They are just as cheerful when I go to pick them up in the afternoons. I get plenty of pictures and updates throughout the day, which I also love. The director, Ms. Mona, has been so helpful with our transition from out of state, and has gone above and beyond for our family. I’m thankful that they provide before & after school care for our future elementary school, because I definitely foresee us using that next year as well.
