What Parents Say
Arts for Kids in Oshkosh receives mixed reviews with significant concerns about child safety and care quality. While some parents praise the staff friendliness and their own positive experiences, multiple reviews report aggressive handling of children, inadequate nutrition, poor sleeping conditions, and unresponsive management when issues are raised.
Advise you to go somewhere else. Kids are handled very aggressively. My son was grabbed to the point of bruises several times. He had road rash from where he tripped walking out to the play area when he was a very fresh walker and the teacher dragged him. They called it a small scratch. Each room is given a 1/2 gallon of milk for the week for 8 kids. My son would come home and guzzle milk he was so thirsty. Kids sleep on the hard ground in a sleeping bag where their face is covered. Strongly advise against enrollment here. When I withdrew my son, the owner nor director could be bothered to have a conversation with me about my issues. They don't care. Your child is just income. Find an in home or other center that cares.
They're good when they allow your kid in the door. But it's frustrating when your kid without Covid isn't allowed in, and they still charge you full price for the care they aren't providing.
