The Carlin Hall Community Center is located in the Glencarlyn neighborhood where I’ve lived for the 32 years. The community center and the Glencarlyn library are the hub of the neighborhood. It is an historic building that has been used over the years for a variety uses, including an elementary school, rec center, community and social events, and currently a pre-school.
