They tell you you’re on a waitlist for your child. They never tell you where your position is on the waitlist. They tell you to follow up. And every time you follow up to ask what your position is. Nobody has an answer. You don’t know if your child has been bumped up to number one or somehow got pushed down to number 30 .This is their subtle way of saying we don’t want your kid in here. The management was much better several decades ago it has changed hands and the people running it, less than stellar with absolutely no education on communication .
