Absolutely love all of the teacher’s! They have helped my boys learn and grow so much in the short time they have been there. My 4 year old is in the preschool room and Ms. Amanda is amazing with communication and with keeping a good structured day! My other little guy is 2 and also adores ms. Kota and Lili! In the morning Lexi is always there to great my boys and make them feel at home! As a parent I love that they keep you updated on everything throughout the day and they always share pictures! They are also do lots of crafts and activities during and after school! I love that it is structured like a normal school! Can’t recommend this daycare enough!!

As a speech and language pathologist, it was extremely important to me for the daycare center that I enrolled my daughter at to foster social emotional development, support healthy attachment, and to be an overall safe and secure place for her to learn and grow. I am so thankful to say that our family has found this at Sprout. The teachers in the infant classroom are warm and loving towards the babies and are responsive to their needs. My daughter has had a handful of specific needs that required attention and the teachers have been so thoughtful and diligent with following through on those. The center utilizes applications which allow working moms and dads to check in on their littles ones and also to message the teachers as needed. They are always so responsive and transparent in their communication, which gives me such peace of mind! My transition back to work has been a challenge but when it comes to knowing that my baby girl is well cared for and happy when I am away, I feel very blessed to be a part of the Sprout community.

My son went here when it was previously AppleTree a few years ango and really formed a great bond with many of his teachers. He came back for the summer camp program and had so much fun, the field trips are a big highlight. My 2 year old currently goes here and has started to form the same great bonds with her teachers. The camera access is a huge perk with high quality HD cameras, it allows you to check in on your child throughout the day. The Procare app the teachers use keeps me up to date on her entire day and allows me to communicate with her teachers when needed. I feel very comfortable leaving my daughter here and very happy with the care and massive amount of love she receives everyday! She enjoys going to school each and every day and I couldn’t be happier to receive such genuine care for her.

Sprout has been great for our toddler. She has been going there since she was 3 months old! I genuinely believe that they care about all of the kiddos. The pandemic is a challenging time, however they have bounced back and have maintained a great staff. We love the extra events that they do after hours. It’s also great having the cameras to remote in at any time to check on our child. We also love that they do crafts, and take a lot of photos to capture the memories!

Sprout-Otsego has been such a blessing. Staff are so caring and I love how genuinely excited they are to see my kids. There is open communication for any needs or concerns. I love that staff share photos and give live updates on the shared parent app. Management is quick to support and you will often see them going between rooms to monitor and help classes. Rates are competitive and care is customized to each child. I’ve had care from 4 different classrooms for my kids and have loved each one (Infant-Toddler).
