My daughter was here for less than a year and it was one of the worst experiences ever. The staff does a terrible job of sanitizing anything. On multiple occasions I picked up my daughter and she had another child’s pacifier in her mouth that was actually given to her by teachers. On more than one occasion when I picked her up from care from the outside playground teachers were on their phone not supervising the children very well. They allowed my child to get incredibly dirty, not once do they wipe boogers or food or dirt from my child’s face. She was ALWAYS sick as a result from being at this unclean daycare. Being at a new, better daycare her health has increased drastically. I even witnessed a staff member spray a child in the face with a spray water bottle like a dog to deter them from biting. Not only are the staff subpar but the management is SUPER unprofessional. The director would ask me about payment to my account in front of other parents and staff in a complete disregard to my privacy which showed lack of respect. I would not recommend this location at all.

This is the best daycare and school care. The teachers over the many years of my child being here have been beyond attentive. The overturn is sad at times but my sweet kiddo has gone through some very hard times and each teacher has helped her in so many ways. Several have even taken time to give her books of encouragement. She had to be in a wheelchair twice and the school was beyond helpful and accommodating to make it work for her to be part of everything while she healed twice over from accidents. When another episode happened I got immediate calls and help with doing the right things. I can’t thank the staff and Ashley for being strong and amazing and helping to show my daughter what real strength and growth looks like. I plan on keeping her in the school age program until they tell me I can’t anymore.

Would not recommend they are low staffed why enroll with no staff. Teachers are rude they talk bad about other kids parents to other staff in front of the child. My child was in the prek room and the teachers were awful to my daughter they would leave her out not feed her breakfast when sitting with the other kids at the table they would treat her different they went 2 weeks without putting sunscreen on and making my child feel left out all over a paper they never addressed with me I had to sign they don’t replay on the app they ignore messages it’s so unorganized they don’t have a set schedule. Do not recommend they need new staff and better management my daughter was vocal about her experience and said teachers were mean and did not want to go back

The staff does the best they can with the resources they have available. They seem to care about our kids and want to help them grow and learn. This is not a review aimed at the staff, rather the change in policy for credit days and the lack of urgency to fix infrastructure in the school. There has been a recent change in credit days that is extremely frustrating. In the past, we would get issued credit days based on certain amount of days our children attend school. This was extremely helpful when our children were sick or when we took vacations - why pay for days when your children aren't there, right? My daughter just had the flu and we kept her home for a number of days as she slowly improved, and we wanted to be courteous to the other children in her classroom. What I'm being told now is, since our sick daughter wasn't out for a whole week, we have to PAY IN FULL the 3 days she was not able to attend. Nothing like paying hundreds of dollars to keep my sick child home........ The kicker in all this is, my child's normal classroom has been unavailable for the past 2 week as there was a leak in the roof. The lock on one of the front doors PROTECTING our children has been broken for the past 2 weeks as they wait for a part to come in. My question is, why am I paying all the money for lack of safety for my children? Why am I paying to keep my sick kid home?
