Well, I have good and bad feelings about my daughter's experience at kid city PCB. My daughter spend almost 1 year at this center, she was 2 years old. My first feeling is gratitude because she had really hard adaptation! First daycare after 2 years with mom and she is very emotional girl, they give me attention about it and all the professionals had patience with her. No complaints about the treatment she received. My complaints is about the school organization. The number of children its absolutely not viable, there is only 1 teacher per class and they have yong ladies helping around, but of course its a mess. The kids get stressed so much! They fight every day and get hurt because that's no way of 1 person to take care of 15 kids using diapers. They put music in a higher volume at class and the kids play and fight with all this sound together getting more stress. Teachers also get very stressed with demand, some days I saw they red, taking breath and trying to keep the kids safe, but is just impossible to handle, without mentioning the rashes caused by delay to change diapers. The class room is not clean properly, and I know they are just kids, not high expectations here! At the beginning I thought I'm just too picky, but now that my daughter is going in another center I can see the difference very clearly. 18 kids max. Capacity for 2 years old kid using diapers and 1 room its totally unacceptable. I thank God my daughter survive LoL because I needed to back to work and they was the only center at the beach to accept 2 years old.
So grateful to have landed here! Our boys love going to school here. It’s so nice to find TRUST and such a caring environment. Keshia and the entire staff are amazing and go above and beyond. Thank you!!!
I have had two boys go through here and we absolutely love it. All the teachers have been great and we have never had any issues, but I’m confident if we did, they would be promptly rectified by either Keshia (the asst director) or Katie (the director). They are both very involved and always greet everyone by name! If you’re looking for an exceptional daycare on the beach, call them and schedule a tour. You will not be sorry!
My son has been attending Kid City for 2 years, he is the youngest of our three children an the first to attend daycare! We are beyond pleased with this facility! The staff is warm,friendly,enthusiastic! When we went to our prek evaluation our son excelled a that is all because of kid city USA and their amazing curriculum. Can not say enough good things!!!!!
I recently moved to the Panama City Beach area and as parents you are always nervous with sending your children to new places. The Director and teachers here at KidCity made us feel as if we just didn’t move states away my children love coming to this school!!!!! I Would recommend this school and daycare for anyone ❤️❤️ they treat my children as if they’re their own children. Can’t ever repay them
