My 3 year old came home with a busted lip. I was told she fell at the playground and busted her lip after two days of not eating and constantly throwing up. I took her to the hospital to find out she had a concussion. They didn’t give my baby ice or anything. She could have died from bleeding on the brain. Do not send your kids here. They really don’t care about kids at all. They just want a paycheck. And be aware that the step up to quality rating is not based off of how good the daycare is. This only counts how many children have attended, this daycare has four stars but they are definitely a 2 Star Center when it comes to quality.
This daycare never answers their phone! Most daycares in Cleveland aren’t opened 7 days a week. Almost jobs require you to work on weekends
This place is absolutely horrible this one teacher named my B lied on my name and said that I called her the b word when I was only 8 or 9 years old I used to go here I don’t think you should send your children here
The place is basically ran by teenagers.
