I love apple tree learning center the teachers are great the site directors are awesome the activities def help stimulate my child and help her learn so much she's talking more and interacting so much with other toddlers her age I love to see her light up and run to her classroom cause she knows which one she always gets sad when I drop her off but when I pick her up she's so smiley and happy this center also involves the parents for alot of seasonal activites during holidays and stuff
LOVEEE apple-tree. My kids have been going here for five years now and I would not send them anywhere else, hands down the best in Suffolk. It’s a hidden gem, the owner, directors and teachers are personable, relatable and genuine. They tailor learning to each individual kid, love it here! My kids learn so much here at apple-tree. Book your tour now, you won’t be disappointed!
One of the BEST learning centers, I send my kids here five years strong.. I’ll be so sad when they age out. Everyone from the owner to the directors and teachers are so personable.
Worst experience. They don’t allow you to pack lunch, and then feed the kids very little with no alternative options if the don’t like it. My 2 year old child would come home hoarse, extremely hungry and thirsty. Not allowed to even meet the teachers that are with your children. My child would consistently come home dirty when there were extra clothes packed daily. And I’m not taking about dirty from playing outside. I mean his mouth was never wiped- extremely crusty, liquid all down front of shirt. Requested to meet with director in reference to concerns I had was questioned about the meeting several times, even to the extent where they called my job during business hours, I was pulled out of a meeting to come to the phone, where the director questioned my intentions for the meeting and why I wanted it. The director kept me on the phone for 15 minutes of my work day trying to get specifics for the meeting and overall it just seemed sketchy. Why would you push so hard against a parent who has concerns about their child if nothing else is going on? The breaking point was when my 2 year old balled his little eyes out before we even backed out of the driveway one morning and said “baby no want school, baby be so hungry”. I pulled him out that day and he never went back. Look for other child care facilities.
Very disappointed in the new management probably will be taking my son elsewhere soon and it sucks because he’s gotten use to a lot of the staff but I refuse to deal with alot of the things that’s been going on lately. A few months ago I would have given them 5 stars now my advice is keep searching. Im a fair person and I wont delete my review but I will say I am very pleased with the services my son is receiving and everyone has been doing a wonderful job. I now give them 5 stars.
