Everyone(staff) has been so sweet and caring! I love the environment as well. The children have lots of opportunities to explore! I also love the hand washing station. Love! My four year old loves it so far! And he showed me his work he did and he was so proud!!

Editing my review because they lie in the reply: the reason they did not follow the feeding is because they said it was against policy and North Carolina regulation regardless of doctor’s orders. Photos added for evidence. I imagine they finally googled that they were wrong and are now trying to back track. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE LIE TO YOU. The regional director will only talk over the phone so that there is not hard evidence like below that she refused this action regardless of doctors orders. The teachers are lovely, hardworking, and under appreciated. I know a one star is hard to believe because we too were amazed by all the spectacular reviews and so excited. Sadly, the administration (up to the regional manager and beyond) are more interested in money than children. They falsely claim many things are against state law that are not and then try to use this as leverage against you when they fail to care for your child. Some are inconsequential(like sleep sacks). However, they refused to feed my child as a doctor has prescribed and continued to falsely claim it’s against the law yet being unable to site the law (because it does not exist). Inability to meet the order is one thing and we could have just separated ways but instead, despite refusing to follow doctors orders, they are still trying to charge us for not giving 30 days notice because “policy”. They agree it’s best for our child to leave but claim that they have no responsibility in us withdrawing him (again they are refusing to follow an immediate doctors order which I don’t care what your policy is that’s failure to provide care). The ironic thing is that ignoring a medical order is in fact against state regulation. When we addressed this issue with the doctor she had never in 25 years had a center refuse the order she prescribed. Say you have a perfectly healthy baby. Everything is fine? Well maybe not. 1/4 of the days we attended Nest my child missed a bottle per the feeding schedule and several times only got 6oz or less of milk in 9 hours. They make excuses for this but the reality is that admin ignored the teachers asking for help to give the babies proper care. Again, that is not on the teachers it’s on the leaders for not taking care of their employees and children. Our child dropped over 10 percentile in one month here. We watched babies sitting in their crib screaming and being ignored. Watched kids bang their head on the ground where there’s no cushioning. When you bring concerns up to the director (and regional manager) you are gaslit or get an AI response. Hoping the admin straightens out and takes better care for the kids and the teachers. Hoping maybe they feel a little guilty reading this and seeing the harm they caused and that will motivate them to do better for another family. They sell a big game and I do think most of the people in the building really do care and are just struggling in the situation they’re put in. Sadly, it’s very clear that those with authority at Nest will sacrifice your child for money.

We have been with The Nest Greensboro for a little over 1 year. We have been very pleased with their services. Our son gets so much love, recognition and attention from all the staff. These women (and men) have such a great responsibility and have really dedicated themselves to giving the best to each one of the kiddos. I love that the facility is up to date, clean and well staffed. We also appreciate all the external events the team puts together (I.E trunk or treat). If there is ever a second baby 🤣 we would love to enroll him/her at The Nest Greensboro!! Thank you for all that you guys do each and every day!

My daughter just started this month as a 4 month old and so far we really love it. They send pictures through an app during the day, as well as log everything. I’m very impressed that they do activities like painting even with the infants! So far we are very very happy!

The Nest is our village. They’re our kids’ second home. Our older son has been there for 2 years and our baby started there a few months ago. I can’t imagine anywhere else I would rather have my children. The staff reacts with genuine joy at every drop off and pick up. My kids are constantly learning and growing. They’re building incredible relationships with their peers and we’ve found a wonderful community of parents there as well. And most importantly, at least for me as a Mom, I never worry about my kids when they’re at school. I can go to work and be who I need to be at my job knowing that my kids are being cared for and loved on at school. My toddler has met every developmental milestone and so much credit for that growth goes to his teachers at The Nest. My baby is doing the same in the infant room. There can be a lot of guilt for working parents who need childcare, but having the support and care of Nest family has allowed me to feel so much less of that guilt. We really couldn’t do this without them.
