I have been sending my one year old daughter to Annie’s for 9 months. As a new mom I was very nervous about putting my child in the care of others. However I have been so happy with our experience so far. My daughter loves it! The staff has been great and there is excellent communication anytime we have had any questions or just want any updates throughout the day. They are very receptive with feedback on any alterations to my baby’s schedule. The manager Jamie in particular is awesome and it’s impressive that she seems to know every child and every parent very well. I have recommended Annie’s to several friends who have started coming here as well. Thanks to all the staff for all you do for us.

We sent three children to Annie’s for a total of 10 full years(two kids went three years each and another kid went four). We had been to no less than 7 daycares before Annie’s in Chicago, Canton, Saline, and Ann Arbor. I can highly recommend Annie’s and their director and owner. After going to several franchises, I have learned to value dealing with an owner and it’s nice to be able to communicate with whoever is in charge. Annie and Jamie are there every day and are reasonable people who love children. If you value that, this may be your place. I am not associated with Annie’s in any way. If these opinions help another parent struggling to find quality care for their children, then that’s a good thing. You do need to remember that no daycares are perfect, even if some like to charge like they are.

My son has been going to Annie's in Dexter since he was 5 months old (he'll be 2 in October 2018) and we are thrilled with our choice for daycare. I visited 10+ daycares in the area prior to finalizing and made my choice based mostly on quality of care but also took location , price, and amount of time spent outdoors into account. I really trust everyone who works at Annie's and appreciate the long tenure of a large portion of their staff. That suggest to me that their employees enjoy working there which is important to me. My son has been in 3 classrooms at this point and each teacher has made a point of getting to know me along with my son. It's very clear that he LOVES going there each day. He has learned SO MUCH from the staff and other kiddos and I am constantly refreshing the artwork in our house with the various adorable paintings he brings home each week. I travel for work somewhat frequently and I truly believe the quality of care my son gets at daycare makes these trips easier on him (and me!). I can't say enough great things about Annie's. I struggled to find reviews while I was searching for childcare options in Ann Arbor / Dexter. I specifically waited to write this until I had at least a year under my belt but so far Annie's has done nothing less than exceed my expectations at every turn.

Inconsiderate, rude and gossiping teachers. I know about the personal lives of not only staff but parents too. If you feel comfortable and trust the teacher enough to tell them your business, I promise you the whole center has heard or knows about it. The gossip is unreal. Also as for childcare, not too bad but keep in mind that certain teachers scream at children, grab them up, and show clear favoritism. Lunchtime is rushed and kids are not given the full time to eat. Short staffed because they show no compassion or empathy for employees.
