Annies Childcare & Learning Center

I am so thankful for Annie’s! The staff genuinely loves and cares for my girls. My oldest tells me how much fun she has at daycare. Any concerns I've had, no matter how small, were taken seriously and addressed promptly. They actively work with me to ensure my girls receive the best personalized care. I truly feel at ease knowing my children are in such capable and loving hands. Highly recommend!

Infant and toddler rooms here are excellent. Soon as my child moved into preschool it has been nothing but issues. The owner told my wife she should be embarrassed that the teacher can’t leave my child without supervision. I thought this is what I paid hundred of dollars every week for. also had to constantly be concerned for one of their staff members because anytime me or my wife showed up to pick up our child she would roll her eyes and seem forced to be there. Public humiliation is also a big one here. I saw photos of my child on Facebook being set on a completely different side of the table all by himself to do crafts. If that’s not developing an outsider then I do not know what does… most of the staff there are absolutely incredible. Unfortunately the owner and some staff members should be ashamed of themselves.

I toured a lot of locations in Brainerd before deciding where my 3 month son would attend. We lost a few deposits because childcare is so hard to find BUT I’m glad we did multiple visits at each center. I encourage others to visit unannounced. If the company is anything but welcoming that should be a red flag. One location we had a deposit down on didn’t know who we were and were upset we didn’t call ahead when we showed up a month before he was to start. Annie’s greeted us by name and told us how excited they were to have our son joining them. Such a difference in showing how much they care right off the bat. Find a daycare that values your child and not the income!!! Hands down the best care in Brainerd is Annie’s! The staff have treated him like their own and he is thriving! They have taught him so much and best off our son adores it there. When you have concerns about returning to work bring your children to Annie’s so you can enjoy the transition. Best decision I’ve made as a mom so far. Thank you Annie’s staff!

I would highly suggest looking else where for daycare and better care of your babies, not only do they violate court orders they are one sided and play favorites when enrolling children... if you are related you are bumped up to the top of the list. They have constant new employees and they do not live up to the name "learning center" i wouldnt even bring my dying dog to this place.

So grateful for Annie’s and their care in teaching and loving on our kiddos when we are not able to be with them. Have always had great communication and they are personable and our kids love going.
