Annette'S Day Care Center Too!

So my baby boy is seven months old and when I first talk to Miss Annette, she said that since there are cameras that I will be able to see what happened on the cameras. Later on, I found out by her that that’s only for her personal use only. So my baby’s first day there they didn’t even take all of the paperwork that was supposed to be given. As a matter fact, I still have some of the packet here in my purse. And there is a governmental cold that you have to sign in and sign out with. When dropping your baby off and picking them up and I had to come back after dropping my baby off to do that and they wouldn’t even let me in the building with my baby when I first got there the lady just stood outside the door, half of her body and half of her body out reaching for my child and didn’t even get everything taken care of at first. So then later I find out when I come to pick my baby up around 1:48 PM that my baby has an eaten since 9 AM and they said he wasn’t drinking the milk that I bought. So I asked him why is it that they didn’t call me or tell me that he wasn’t eating so that I can come breast-feed him, and they had no reasonable answer at all. I will never bring my child back to this place , this is the reason why I don’t trust daycare’s at all. Maybe there are other ones but this one for sure should be out of business and then when I came to get my babies things, they didn’t even put his clothes in there so they kept his clothes they are very unprofessional and very rude on the phone . The craziest thing is missing. It was so nice when I first met her but when my son was finally someone in rolled, that’s when they got rude and comfortable never again will I bring my child back here and I suggest no one bring their child here.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE. The owner and staff are very rude and lazy. There's a reason why the windows are tinted to where you can't see, however if you're really close to the door you can. I've caught the manager on her phone before she got up to answer the door, and going inside the children wasn't learning a DAMN thing. I even found out that the owner leaves the infants alone in the room crying with the door closed. She even got a crackhead of a husband walking around looking creepy as ever. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Horrible Horrible place Annette is very rude, not caring at all my child was there for like 2 months. She had a huge scratch on her face that couldn't be explained and when I asked to see the cameras Annette lied and said I couldn't. Then all her workers are rude! She has also kicked a family out just because the parents where as she called it "asking to many questions" .If u trust her with your kids good luck.. they are sneaky and cannot be trusted the scratch on my baby face was huge and she was just 8 months

Every time I called they were rude and I didn't feel comfortable with my kids there. The weekend care there is like almost 200$ day for just one day. Like how? That's the most expensive I've ever heard of for Saturday care.

Lazy and rude don’t take care of the kids put kids in closet and when asked why nobody can tell you why! The owner takes up for her employees even when they in the wrong.. Also you cannot talk to the teacher to see what the problem is!! The people who work here don’t like kids at all.. I can only say two people that work here do !!
