Animal Krackers

We love Animal Krackers! We have a 3 and 4 year old who have been here for a year. We feel so welcomed when we come in and our children feel so loved. It is comforting being able to leave my kids somewhere that I know they are being taken good care of. Communication has always been great and we’ve had no issues. We are so thankful we found this learning center a year ago and would definitely recommend them.

To the moms that are looking for a good childcare,please take into consideration these bad reviews. I personally don’t recommend this daycare, I had the teacher tell me what my daughter did was disgusting and make faces to something that is completely normal. They were calling me almost everyday about the same thing that why she was doing the restroom so much,she’s just an infant. Not only that my daughter would come home all dirty and stained with missing bottles. Decided to un enroll her, overall a very unprofessional daycare.

I came to this facility looking for childcare for my son, and I had a very good impression from the moment that I walked through the door. I was happy to see how clean that this facility was, how welcoming they were, and how they had things organized for the children. I looked at 8 other daycare centers, but ended up choosing this one in the end. It was very hard to find good childcare here in Midland! Either places are booked and have waiting list, or are just not what you are looking for. I am very pleased with my decision, and I look forward to my son starting here. Give this place a try, they will give you a peace of mind, and you will find the right daycare center for your child here.

Vicky, I am so sorry you had such an unpleasant experience at our center. We typically do not get complaints, so I was surprised when your review was brought to my attention. I hate that you never voiced any of these concerns when your sweet kiddo attended. We have very good relationships with our parents and always welcome feedback and suggestions. As far as sickness goes, that is one of the unfortunate parts of attending a daycare for the first time and being exposed to other children. All 3 of my kids battled illness their first year but my pediatrician told me, ’Hang in there! They could either build their immunity now or in kindergarten.’ She was right! My kids are never sick now. We do our very best to keep our children well. Finding the balance between needlessly causing parents to miss work and sending legitimately sick kids home can be a difficult judgement call, but we do our best. As far as cleanliness, we do have certain times of the day that are messier than others. Most of our parents, that come in regularly, also see our teachers cleaning and sanitizing regularly. Hope all is well with you and your little one!

I have both of my sons here. Oldest is about to start kinder but went to Animal Krackers since he was 2 and has always enjoyed going to daycare and seeing his friends and teachers. My youngest started at 6 weeks old and is now 3. He also really like going to daycare. I have never really had any issues with Animal Krackers, if there was ever a problem or a incident we were informed immediately and they would handle business very professionally. The facility still has most of the same teachers since my boys started years back. They are all very friendly and really get to know and care about the children there. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.
