1of my children loved this daycare, but unfortunately they do not accept autism so I had to rush to alter my work schedule. My son has mild, very mild autism and the director explained to me that he was not welcome. Other than that my daughter loved it. Very friendly staff.
My kid has been going here since she was 4 months old and she’s about to start kindergarten. Every teacher she has had has been fantastic and I love that not only does she love it but it has always felt like a nurturing and safe place for her. We especially love her preschool teacher, Michelle. My daughter has learned so much in her class and adores her!
Giving two stars instead of one because my kids did like going there. However they are understaffed. One of my sons climbed over the baby gate there and got hurt because they have the staff leaving the rooms sometime on the first day. I overlooked it because they were nice and the head lady explained the situation and my son is a hyper climber but since that day i could tell they no longer wanted to watch my kids. It was a call atleast 1-2 times a week for me to pick them up for different reasons which I thought was legit until I noticed the dread in their faces whenever I would come to drop them off. My twins are 15 months old and this was their first daycare and it was soo close to me and my cousin had took her kid there so I was excited to start my kids there. Last week when dropping the kids off who are the only babies there in the morning two of the staff were sitting in a room together with the older kids and I heard one of them say do I have to go over there with a deep breath. If I didn’t have to work I would’ve pulled them out when I heard that. This week was there last week because they straight up denied one of my twins who has low muscle tone (and isn’t able to walk just yet but is able to stand)because they said he needed to go to a special daycare and didn’t have the staff to deal with him and said I could leave the other twin there. (The same twin that they had said they would keep when when they were trying to deny the twin that fell off the gate due to safety concerns.)Due to financial and work reasons I took them both out. The other kids love going there so this is not me telling you to not bring your kids there cause like I said my kids LOVED it there it was more about my experience as a parent. And letting you know if they don’t want to watch your kid they will find a way out. No refund was offered when they denied service I had to ask for them to finish their month out.
We have been sending our little baby when she was 4months old, she loves her teacher, all staffs are nice. They are very professional, It’s also church daycare, we love it. I highly recommended!
