Amazing Hearts Child Development Center

If you consider putting your child there, don't be discouraged by the low rating. My son has been going to their preK program for 3 months now and not only does he love going there, we have also noticed how well his fine motors skills are developing and how many different crafts and activities the teachers do with them. If he hurts himself or the kids get into an argument Mrs. Wendy always alerts us to it at the end of the day, which is something we greatly appreciate. The class size is small and the days and weeks are structured. Every week we get printout of what is planned for the week and the special activities they put on. We are very happy with Amazing hearts and i can truly recommend them.

My daughter has been in the Pre-K program for 5 months and loves going! Her teachers are so sweet, and she already knows how to write out her full name. Every week she comes home with a folder FULL of drawings and crafts they did during the week.

My daughter went to Amazing Hearts for pre k during the 2017-2018 school year and loved it! She also did the before and after school program. The staff there is really friendly and I never had any issues. My daughter still goes back there on student holidays for daycare and they all remember her. She misses it and is always excited to go back! I highly recommend them!

Bad experience. Previous management was way better. Son was in the 3 year old class and the lady michelle would fuss at them (toddlers) for not gathering around one little tablet 3+ kids so that she wouldnt have to deal with them. One day my son came home with a wound that looked like someone (older female with nails) had twisted his ear hard. The wound was to the backside of his ear, nothing on the front side. They told us he fell on the cement. We were doubtful and made the director Elisha watch the videos which she took over a week to do and seemed reluctant then. She said she saw nothing but strangely the teacher in question also quit working there all of a sudden? Also after that they seemed to take offense to us questioning it in the first place. They started using incident forms that are suposed to be for injurys to write up our son for something as simple as he told them no or wouldnt listen. I understood if he bit or hit getting a form but not for every time he didn’t immediately listen. It was ridiculous. One day i came in and half the class was written up. The last straw is they started sending my son home. Me and my wife both work. The last time they did this i called the daycare and questioned the director Elisha. She said she sent him home because he said no to putting his shoes back on! So we were paying $120 a week and they send him home but we are still expected to pay full price. I asked for the owners number and the number she gives me of course doesnt work.

Literally no redeeming qualities about this place. Not one. They placed my special needs son on a bus with a bowel movement in his pull-up 3 times! What’s worse is they knowingly did it and admitted to it, the bus ride was 45 minutes. I withdrew my son and they proceeded to charge me for 7 weeks without my knowledge and I gave proper notice and all. This center only cares about swindling your money. Proceed with caution, better yet, don’t proceed at all.
