Amazing Grace daycare in country club hills I would advise against recommending this daycare due to my unfavorable experience with Director Ms. Dunkin', who demonstrated rude behavior and bullied my eight-year-old granddaughter. On one occasion, she withheld food from my granddaughter while the other children were eating, forcing her to sit on the carpet. When my daughter addressed the issue, Ms. Dunkin' became argumentative, and Owner Ms. Rachel failed to resolve the problem. I find this establishment to be unprofessional and not conducive to a child-friendly environment.

This daycare is extremely unorganized, rude, and very horrible. They run things illegally, they are disrespectful to parents and coworkers. They steal money from your paychecks telling you it’s extra fees. Rachel the boss is rarely ever at work, very aggressive and hasnt given not one employee their paycheck stubs. This daycare needs to be shut down.

Terrible experience!! My 2 year old who’s none verbal attended for less than a month and started resisting going by third week which never happened at his last daycare and staff member Khadijah A. was rude and told me one thing but when I spoke to the manager I found out that she lied I had to take him out because I didn’t feel comfortable,There were issues left and right! That’s just my experience but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
