My 1 and 3 year old Have been at AKW #2 for a year and we love it! They love going to school and seeing their teachers and friends. Both girls have learned so much too. I’m amazed each week and what they bring home!
After a bad experience with our first daycare (my daughter was terrified of the Director and came home bruised and bleeding a little too frequently), I KNEW this was the right place after she ran to the director, Traci, to give her a hug goodbye. She also is rarely bruised and if so the reasoning makes sense. She loves it. They also have an open door policy so I can come whenever unannounced. The previous daycare had an app I had to use to announce and plan my arrival if apart from usual pickup time. This place is older looking but amazing staff and I am so glad we switched.
The staff are amazing! When children that grew up going to Altoona Kidsworld 2 are bringing their children to the center, speaks volumes.
My kids grew up at Altoona Kidsworld and were very well taken care of.
