My son started at Alphabetland when he was 2 and I am happy that I switched from One Step at a Time. As it became overcrowded I was glad to see when my son started that Alphabetland that they do follow student to teacher ratio. Now he is 4 and even though he is out for the summer while I am teaching him I was surprised by some things he already know. It honestly made me step my game up as being his first teacher in life as his mom. The director is also great and was very understanding when I had some court cases and other issues. I just hate that I have to drive through Teleperformance parking lot to get to the preschool and the open 4 tiolet bathrooms for the preschoolers should at least have stalls. Communication, learning environment and staff makes me give 5 stars.
My child has been hurt multiple times at this school and no one seems to know whats going on and no accident report was written. Teachers are always on there phones never interacting with the children. The director who i spoke to on many occasions doesn't seem to care about the concerns of the parents. Stay away from this school other alphabetland/camp renegades have been shut down by DCF in the area. beware
This is and awsome school for parents to send there kids. The staff are well on hand with the parents and not only friendly but they take and intreset in your child and thier up bringing. The special activities that they give the kids are wounderful field trips and activities. Only thing is that staff is changing reguarly in the front office. Not sure if they are rottating or not with the other facility.
