Alpha- Bitz Early Learning Center

I do not recommend this “learning” center to anyone! Wouldn’t even recommend it to my worst enemies. My niece is a very happy 1 year old who would go in happy in the mornings and grumpy or moody at the end of the day. I find it hard to believe that they would call her a biter yet she would be the one to come home with scratches. She would come home rashed, so one can only assume she wasn’t changed constantly. I gave my niece a blanket and jacket that my sister took to that school and they were never returned. Since she has moved schools, my niece goes in happy and comes home happy. No complaints and all the teachers are nice and love her. “Learning” center needs to get it together and get teachers who are patient and love being around kids. Not ones who are just in it for the paycheck. Just do us all a favor and SHUT DOWN. Please and thanks.

although there really isn’t any comparison, compared to the learning center my daughter attends now, this is just a sorry excuse for a daycare. it’s no wonder they didn’t have any kind of waitlist. the smell is awful, my daughter always smelled just as sour as the place when i’d pick her up. i should’ve known not to trust this place since my daughter’s first day when she was sent home smelling rancid and it wasn’t a dirty diaper but a quarter sized piece of dried feces stuck to her back; shows what an amazing job they do, huh? anyway, if you’re looking for a temporary place or one that takes drop-ins, for a couple hours, this is the place for you. don’t trust them to properly care for your children for a full day, please. most of the workers’ kids also attend this daycare. when id pick my daughter up at the end of the day, they’d constantly yell and tug them around, the way they treat their own goes to show a lot about how they treat ours.

They took my daughter on short notice and provided a good price for services. While under her care they fed and took good care of her. If she scraped her knees playing they’d clean and tend her injury. They went above and beyond with projects for Mother’s Day etc, and helped with schoolwork. They always kept great communication and were always pleasant to speak with. I felt very comfortable with my daughter there and she always spoke highly of them. Overall a great experience.

This place neglected my 8 month old. She was fed 6 oz of formula in an entire day. In the short time there she developed a rash so bad that I had to take her to the doctor. They took 40 dollars of baby food and snacks wouldn’t return the toys I sent with my daughter that I had pictures of. Also paid early and kept that money as well. They gave back the formula I gave them with a lid to another type of formula on it. They lost bottles I brought. Your kid will not be taken care of or safe here be careful!
