Alpha-Bits Learning Center I

Both my babies have been coming here since they were 8 weeks old (now 4&6)! I always feel welcomed and appreciated when walking in! Always a smile and friendly greeting! All the directors are so wonderful and accommodating- I always felt comfortable going to them for any questions- or concerns- especially during Covid. From the infant room all the way up to kindergarten- these teachers have always been loving, patient and kind to my babies! Thank you for all the years taking care of my kids while I was working- it has allowed me to go to work not worried or stressed, fully knowing my kids are in great hands and I can trust them! It will be such a sad day when my youngest goes to public- we will miss all of you! Xoxo- The Carlsons

Discrimination? Unprofessional? I referred my cousin here for her almost 2 years old daughter. She called today to get some information about toddler class. All she mentioned was her baby comes from a bilingual home and the response she got was, "May be Alpha bits isn't the right place for your daughter. May be you should hire a nanny" Who answers like that? Don't you know kids can learn as many languages as they can while growing up? Is that how you respond to people who want to be pay you to keep your business running? Are you even trained in early childhood education? Just because a kid comes from bilingual family, they are not qualified? This is ridiculous and horrible. She called me and told me this. This was the first daycare she called after having so much doubts about sending her daughter to daycare. Then she finally took a step because I personally asked her to call you. Then her first call went like this. She said she was afraid to call any other daycare after that. In fact she did end up finding a nanny.

I started my daughter here at 2yrs old and I loved it from the start. They aided immensely in helping her become potty trained all while including play and learning time in her schedule. Now she is in Pre-School and the staff is incredible. Their crafts and lessons that come home practically daily prove my daughter is getting top-notch education all while she is having a blast. Plan on keeping her here until she ages out of their programs. 100% LOVE them.

My Children have been going here since they were eight weeks old. They have always been well taken care of. The teachers are accommodating and would always listen to our concerns. It is so comforting knowing that your children are in good hands while you are away. Alpha Bits is truly a second home to them.

My son went to this daycare for a little over a year. He stopped attending this school in March of 2020 when I was given less then a two week notice that my son wasn’t “fit” for this daycare, I had to find an alternative. Their reasoning on why my 2 year old at the time was not a fit was because he did 2 year old things, touching light switches, pick and chooses who or what he plays with, not sitting still for circle time, normal 2 year old behavior. I did not have a problem with this daycare until he went into his third room (in a little over a year he had been in 3 different classrooms) most of the teachers were great with him but one teacher didn’t want to deal with him unfortunately that’s her job, she wrote a two page paper trying to label my son because she didn’t want to do her job it was not a concern to any other teacher but her even his teachers in the two other rooms he was in. The minute he started in that classroom his behavior changed at drop off and pick up, I know something was happening and I know he didn’t feel comfortable anymore. Their excuse for wanting him to go to another daycare was “we don’t have enough staff for each child to get all of the teachers attention”, that was concerning seeing how your watching and taking care of my child all day my child should have all of their teachers attention at all time, that’s how they learn and grow. I got my son out of this disgusting place and into Easter Seals where he has less teachers but teachers that ACTUALLY pay attention to him and teach him. My son now speaks full sentences and does not have behavioral issues. They cover their teachers more than the children they care for. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE, YOU AND YOUR CHILD WILL BE MISTREATED IF YOUR CHILD IS NOT A ROBOT.
