I am relatively new to this facility and have been impressed so far. I have been treated with respect and kindness as a busy working mom. They consistently have worked to accommodate flexibility in our schedule whenever possible. My child loves "his teachers" and has made friends easily there. A great balance between structure and flexibility. They feel like an extension to our family and I highly recommend.
My son started at All Star In late 2022. I have to say, I have been very happy with the services!! There's Lindsey and Sophie who are always happy to help answer any questions you may have immediately upon walking in and are great about showing you around! my son has many teachers that he enjoys and they are all wondeful and great with communication if theres ever an issue during the day (or if he was a really good listener 😉) But one of his favorite people there is Leanne, who always takes the extra minute in the morning to help him settle in, and not be to overwhelmed! thank you to all the teachers and staff at allstar for exceeding any expectation I had when starting my son in daycare!
One of my children went there on and off until he was 5 and then he went part time and my 3 year old went their since he was 12 weeks old. No complaints, small town feel. Very flexible with schedules, best prices I could find, teachers and aids wete very nice and very informastive. Love them!
OMG, DO NOT take your children here if you are persnickity about their care and well-being... First off, I was paying an arm and a leg for them to watch my young children, so I expected quality service. The staff was comprised of a bunch of snobs who were snooty, rude and unprofessional, at best. One day, I got off a long day at work, picked up my kids and brought them home. First thing I noticed was one of them had HORRIBLE diaper rash, all across his bottom... I overlooked it, as I thought maybe it was a super busy day or something and continued taking them there, everybody makes mistakes, right?. Several weeks later, I noticed another one had what looked like a very large bruise on her arm or something... wasn't sure if it was from them bumping into something or if it was somebody hitting them because they were irritating to care for... I thought that incident was strange at best and decided to keep a close eye on this place after that. I finally decided to just switch providers, as I was tired of the snotty staff that works there. I got tired of being talked down to by the airheaded snobs who work there. Eww, find a different provider! And they will overcharge you in a minute, watch closely that you aren't being ripped off!
This place is TERRIBLE!
