This Kroger is huge! I originally stopped in just to get some cash off my card, but I found so much more! This place has clothes, food, and their little clinic was giving out free coloring pages for children, as well as bandaids. They had free bananas for children. They were also giving free pumpkins! This is the perfect way to carve them with your family!!!
On any normal day, this store is great! But right now, there's a snowstorm on the way. And this place is NOT staffed enough to handle the rush. The u-scan line has stretched to the freezer aisle. And the cashier lanes aren't much better. Like usual for the industry these days, there's only 3 manned lanes running out of 7. No staff directing traffic. Kroger is part of a multi-million dollar company... They can staff more people than this. Godspeed to the staff they have. Customers? Be kind. Kroger? Do better.
I’m extremely disappointed with the ongoing issues at Kroger pharmacy Richmond Road Lexington Ky. For months, my prescriptions have never been ready on time. Almost every visit, they only have a partial dose available, and I’m told to come back later. Today was especially frustrating. I spent over 40 minutes on the phone and no one ever answered. When I went in person, there were more than 10 people waiting in line. After waiting another 15 minutes, I finally got to the counter—only to find out, once again, that my prescription still wasn’t ready. This is completely unacceptable for a pharmacy. The lack of organization, communication, and accountability is alarming—especially when people rely on these medications for their health and the health of their pets. Kroger needs to seriously address the staffing and management problems at this location
Mary has outstanding hospitality and professionalism. She greeted every customer with a smile and went above and beyond to assist me, ensuring I had everything I needed. Her kindness, respect, and attention to detail made my experience exceptional. She is a true asset to the store.
The store itself is fine, and there is always good selection of seafood. Recently, I had almost exactly the same situation twice. I am aware that Kroger is asking to pay the exact amount of money if using cash. I understand that. I have read the sign 5 times. When I wanted to do so and had exact change, I was told that they no longer accept pennies. Whether the cashiers were instructed incorrectly or the sign is not written correctly.
