When I first saw the name All Things Good Kids Academy I could truly say I didn't expect that All things would be good. I can only say now that they've met and exceeded the name. It's a safe, caring, and loving space for Any age children. I love the level of education that kids receive. It's really a very good place for my Grand children and I'm excited that my grand kids are enjoying being apart of All Things Good Kids Academy. There should be one in every neighborhood 💖💖💖
All Things Good Kids Academy has been an absolute God send to us. My grandson loves going every single day. Ms. Xavier, Ms. Hall and everyone else has been so patient and wonderful and for that we are grateful and blessed.
It's been over a year since we abruptly pulled our children from this facility. My daughter and son attended this daycare and while my son had a decent enough experience, my daughter was not treated well. She started coming home covered in pee from accidents. When you're potty training toddlers, they need to be taken routinely, something that was clearly not happening. My last straw was at drop-off their last day when the director suggested spanking my daughter for having accidents. I said we absolutely wouldn't be doing that. When we picked her up that afternoon she was again soaked in urine and she told us that they'd sat her in timeout for having an accident. I would highly suggest choosing literally any place else. They do not care about kids.
Horrible experience. I was reaching out to find placement for my son and was met with interruptions, resistance, disrespect, and defensiveness. While attempting to ask questions about services I was met with sarcasm and resistance from the start. I was not able to get any of my questions asked. When I asked about the student to teacher ratio I was told “well we follow all guidelines”. While I’m fully aware that the state monitors such facilities I inquired about the following simply due to the nature of my sons personality and behaviors and my Preference for a smaller ratio which was my reason for asking. The person I spoke with identified themselves as the Director, so this was even more concerning. After not being able to get a single question answered I eventually got frustrated and hung up. I called back hoping to speak to someone regarding my concerns and was accused of being combative by this same person. From the beginning of our interaction she came across as over whelmed all over the place, and explained that they were in the middle of turnover. I am a completely understanding person, but being busy or overwhelmed is not an excuse to be rude, sarcastic or disrespectful to potential customers. I explained to her that this review would be coming her way because no one should be treated as such. First impressions are important and I can’t imagine how her attitude transcends over to the work she does with the kids which terrifies me even more. Update: The lack of integrity. Wow, so now they have responded stating I was a former employee. I have never worked for this organization. I am a therapist and have owned my own private therapy practice for over 8 years. The fact that an organization would lie to cover up my experience is crazy. Again… please run. I would love for the person who made this response to post a photo proving that I was ever an employee there. These people lack morals and have the audacity to identify as Christian when they are clearly spreading lies about me being a former employee.I’m shocked beyond belief.
We’ve been to three other daycares in Red Oak and Waxahachie then found All things Good in Ovilla. Ms Xavier is the BEST, she truly loves all the children and teaches them, so they’re learning and exploring every day. ATG is by far the BEST DAYCARE around!!! My grandson loves going here. I can’t say enough about this place. Nothing compares. I trust them. I don’t worry about what’s going on when I leave. I know my grandson is loved here just like at home. Kuddos to Ms Xavier for the exemplary job she does. She has a heart of pure gold. The facility is CLEAN, the kids are fed, they learn foreign languages, it’s just great! Ms Xavier is operating in her gift to the world when she cares for children. Thank God for ATG!
