I’ve had my son here since he was 3 months old (he is almost 3 years old now) and I absolutely love this daycare. The staff are amazing and you can tell they truly care about all of the kids. They are very diligent about notifying the parents if/when their kid has an accident or gets hurt in anyway and they always have the cameras working and will show you what happened if your kid has an incident with no problem. The staff goes out of their way to plan/organize fun events, and activities for the kids. Also, the staff makes sure everything is sanitized and clean all the time. All in all, personally, I love the staff, and so far I have not had any issues. If anything, I feel like the staff and the daycare as a whole goes above and beyond.

My son attended this daycare for a few months and I kid you not every other week he was sick with multiple viruses. Not just little simple viruses but life threatening viruses. On one pick-up i witnessed one of the daycare staff cleaning another child’s nose, threw the tissue on the table where other children were gathered to eat and went on to the next child without properly washing or hands and disposing of the tissue. Another parent on my first day told me that my child would be sick all the time attending this facility. I tend to see things for myself but she was right. When the matter was addressed about my child catching illnesses from her facility, the director refused to believe that it was coming from the daycare. His personal items were not being returned and several times he would come home with other kids items on, even though extra items were being provided from home. I would have to review the charges being placed on my account every week, bc several times as well I was overcharged. It’s hard to get in touch with the director of the facility and the majority of the staff speak only Spanish and do not understand English, if you are a bilingual center it needs to be just that bc you can’t communicate in passing when picking up or dropping off your child. Placing my child in this daycare for the short amount of time that my fiancé and I did was the worst decisio. If you want to spend hours at urgent care/Er every other week def. Take your child here.

I love this place for my Kids, they really care about them. Teacher comunicate all the time and also have cameras in the class rooms, that make me feel more confortable. Always clean, summer camps activities are amaizing and also Kids learn a sencond lenguaje.

I wouldn’t trust AllStarz Daycare Academy with the safety of my children. I was driving down Spring Cypress Rd and a van from this daycare was either going to Ulrich Intermediate School or Klein Cain High School. Whomever was driving (looked like it was a female) was driving reckless. I can’t imagine paying this daycare n entrusting them with the safety of my kids only to have someone as irresponsible as this driver expose their safety.

Love this daycare! Only my kids have been here for a month but I like the caring, love for the kids and parents as they welcome you everyday! Definitely recommend this place!
