All Start Academy

I am a parent and I have three children enrolled here. And I rashly love Ms. Gabby; Ms Margarita and Ms. Amber. It might not be the newest but I do guarantee they are very clean and disinfect very well. I love thos 3 teachers they are very nice and my children have all learned abc's and their first words here. ❤ Well 2 of my children. I am only giving them 4 stars because maybe it needs a little update but as of those 3 teachers they are the best

This day care is so bad. The staff is so rude. The director is the rudest person same as the owner. They lie about everything. The director yells at the children constantly everyday.. They direct also has hurt and abused the children and they still have her working there.. They are very unfair people. I have seen and witness the director pull children by the arms and slam them on the floor. She yells on top of her lungs nose to nose at these children. The place is always dirty and discussing. The director uses foul language towards the kids. I have heard her. They rip people off and over charge parents and pocket the money. It never goes to use for what they say. They pour the old milk or juice into another gallon and serve that to the kids. They reuse old food from the past week and serve the kids. Staff is always on their phones which causes lack of suppervison. Teachers are always gossiping and never watching students. They don't use gloves at all for diaper changing or while serving food. There are NO cameras in the building. They have a sick man with cancer living in the back room of the building. Walking around. If your child goes here I highly recomand you to remove your child. I have reported thus daycare to the Fontana police department and also reported the director to licensing. This daycare needs to be shut down and a whole new staff. What a discusting place. So dirty. I've even seen dead roaches in the restrooms. I can go on and on. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE. ITS NOT SAFE AT ALL WHAT SO EVER FOR YOUR CHILD. YOUR CHILD IS IN DANGER IF THEY GO HERE. REMOVE THEM. ASAP.

My grandson attends this school and we had no major problems. All the teachers are very friendly and kind and treat the kids great. They get home cooking that they cook their.

If I could leave a comment without providing a star I would. I would never allow a child to go to this facility. Just to get information is like pulling teeth. No one that answers the phone (Lewis) or runs the property (Sophie / Manager) knows what their property offers, the rates, etc., or the reasons behind the 2 citations they have received in the last 4 years. 02/04/2014 and 02/11/2011 Type B Citation: 5; *Type B citation is for a violation that, if not corrected, may become an immediate risk to the health, safety or personal rights of clients. Examples include faulty medical record keeping and lack of adequate staff training. The manager Sophie told me it is not her job to answer questions. Ummmm.... you are the MANAGER. That is exactly your job. To oversee staff and answer the public's questions. I was told only the director (Amanda) can answer questions re their school, even the most basic as pricing, etc., but she is not available. I have never heard of any company that the employees do not know what they offer. It is scary that people leave their children at a facility that no one seems to know what their job is. What type of manager of a company cannot even answer the most basic questions regarding their services?? It should scare any consumer and most importantly a parent that only a director of a company is allowed to handle basic service questions. That usually means they are hiding or lying about something. Why does this company have employees answer the phone at all if they refuse and/or cannot provide answers to your basic questions??

The teachers here are amazing the staff is great I had my child attend here for a few years well I was working and had no problems I would recommend this daycare/school to any parents who are looking for a trustworthy daycare very satisfied with them will return back as soon as I need return back to work .
