I had my daughter in this daycare for a couple months and took her out. She was one years old at the time. My husband went to pick her up one day and they send her out wrap in her blanket. My daughter always have a jacket and hat. Another time they send her out without her shoes. The teacher said she (my one year old) hid her shoes. I could understand if they send her out with another child shoes but no shoes whatsoever is ridiculous. Whenever I questioned the teachers they would send the aide out with my child. I took it as they didn't want to deal with me.
Can not say enough about the director Tammy and my son's caregivers Miss Kayla and Miss Jessica. So attentive, patient and always communicating with me throughout the day. Feeling like we hit the daycare jackpot! Having to send our infant was the hardest decision we've ever made and they have made this transition absolutely seamless. Wish we could keep him an infant forever so he can always have them as his caregivers.
as a first time mom finding a day care… i’d look elsewhere. your experience is solely based on what caregiver you get. if you have issues with your caregiver the director doesn’t take the time out of her day to resolve those issues. i’ve had multiple problems between sending my baby home every week to refusing to follow pediatrician recommendations. my baby only lasted 3 months here until i decided to remove her, and at that point the director wasn’t even willing to hear the explanation as to why (to maybe help improve their business). save your time/energy and look elsewhere.
MissTammy, Miss Cristiana and all of the staff are wonderful and caring. The children become part of a family. My daughter loves to visit when we pick up my grands.
