All About Us-Kids Child Care Center

We have had our son enrolled at Memorable Moments for almost two years and he has received very good care. The facility is always clean, well organized, and I've always had very friendly interactions with all staff members. My son very clearly loves the people caring for him and is always happy to see his friends at Memorable Moments. In the time that he has been enrolled our family has had multiple changes to work schedules and Memorable Moments has worked with us each time. I have also experiences good, prompt communication when messaging about any concerns or needing information. I am so thankful for these caregivers.

Where to start with this place. It's always clean and tidy. The owner on the other hand lacks professionalism in how she speaks to parents and has poor communication. In the beginning all was well and my boys loved it there but with both my husband and I working 35 minutes away, there were days we would get caught in traffic and get there later than 5:30 ( our initial contract was by 6 but the owner had a foolish excuse to why they need to be picked up by 5:30). Fast forward to a month ago, she caught herself raising her voice at me for entering a section of the daycare that was restricted. This area had no sign and she had called me to that area several times in the past. I tried to keep my cool and sent her a very polite message that I did not appreciate the way she spoke to me. She ignored the message and proceeded to act like all is well. Going forward, when I entered her establishment I said hello/good evening and that was it. I was not going to fake being pleased with her lack of accountability. My husband and I suspected that, that's why she decided to keep my on the spectrum boys in a room by themselves with no other kids while the other kids were outside playing. We asked about it and she had a bullshit story that one of my boys eat the dirt on the playground that's why she held them inside. ( One of my boys tend to put things in his mouth and her response at the beginning was " dirt won't kill him"). So how is she now concerned about that? Well she didn't like that we asked and she waited until Black Friday to send a message that she was terminating care for the boys effective immediately. Be careful taking your babies/kids to this establishment because God forbid you enquire about your concerns, she will get in her feelings and terminate care. When asked about 2 weeks notice, she claimed she didn't have to. However when I went through the contract, that was not mentioned. I intend on speaking with a lawyer and report her as well.

Staff is super friendly! My kids love their teachers. My son has to stop and speak to all of them on the way to his room, and he is very hard to warm up to!! My daughter has hearing aids, and my son bilateral cochlear implants! They took the time to learn what their needs are and how to make sure they are working and worn properly, even a some sign language with the speech barrier until he can communicate verbally! I would recommend this daycare to everyone I know and wouldn't trust my kids to anywhere else. And they are there on third shift too!!

Fantastic care. Always very communicative. Kind and considerate staff and owner.

Leaves the kids by their selfs at night! Very unprofessional. I will be having this daycare investigated! If you need late night daycare find somewhere else that actually cares about your kids safety.
