All About Kids Daycare And Learning Center

There aren’t enough words to express how much we love All About Kids (Sheppard Ave E location). Our son has been attending daycare since he was 12 months (now 3 yrs old), and the love he receives every single day is heartwarming. The daycare is clean, safe, beautifully run, great preschool education, and the staff members have now become a part of our family. We can’t recommend this location enough. We will be extremely heart broken when its time for our little one to leave daycare and go off to school. We are already dreading the day when we will have to say goodbye to our little family at All About Kids. We will continue to recommend this location for years to come.

My kids absolutely LOVE All About Kids and are now school aged and still ask to go. They are one of maybe two daycares that we fully trust. We have never feared for our children’s safety or well being in their care after several years! They keep it fun, but more importantly safe, and CLEAN.

These people have been a blessing to our family mainly our 2 boys. They were both non verbal when started back in August 2020 and now they talk up a storm. They are 2 and 3 years old. They worked with us on payments during the snow storm. They were patient when the youngest cried when first starting. My boys loves these girls like their second mama and I wouldn’t have it any other way. It seems to me people are quick to forget accidents happen. Yes it could have been prevented. But unless you have been to this place and seen how it is set up you just need to sit back and shut up. Just because they are daycare workers doesn’t mean they are super hero’s. They are still humans. In charge of a lot of kids and some with learning disabilities or mental disabilities. I am a mother of 4 and my 2 year old got out of our house and went to the neighbors. Thankfully they were outside and brought him back immediately but my point is. I am only responsible for 4 kids and he still got out. They are responsible for a lot more. Give them a chance. I promise you won’t regret it.

There are a few teachers who are pretty great. Ms.keila and ms Gracie are amazing. So sweet and caring for the kids. But the two who run the daycare seem okay at first but they will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat. They will never take responsibility for this own actions. They blame everything either on the child or on the parents. If you say something happened they will do nothing but deny it. I don't trust this daycare. They have let a child leave the facility without a care in the world and then blamed it on the parent. Little things like losing a sippy cup. I mean, I told them they didn't give me my child's sippy cup and they said no we put it in your bag, it must have dropped on the ground. I said no it's nowhere out there. They said well, we put it in the bag. We will let you know if it shows up......I never got the sippy cup but a few weeks later someone else sippy cup was in my bag. But I'm sure they didn't do that either. If you, as a facility, can't even take responsibility for something that small. What's going to happy when my son hurts himself on your watch? Will it be his fault? I just have a bad feeling about this establishment and the immature childish women who run it. Two sisters run it. One is 21 years old, young, and childish. She can not communicate well. She laughs in your face about everything. The woman is owns it is an absolute awful person. She has anger issues and is rude and hostile. The older sister is pretty sweet and understanding. I have nothing bad to say about her. But the other two are awful. There is one teacher who wrote a Facebook post about me because I came in there at 11 to drop my son off from an appointment. They never told me to call before 10 so he would have a lunch ready for him. That would've been perfectly fine. But they were hostile and rude and mean. Listen. I have questioned if my son is safe many times because of that, I pulled him out. I can write 500 other things about this daycare that's negative. DONT TAKE YOUR KID HERE

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a daycare. I hesitated putting my daughter in due to the rumors of this place, but it was the only place in haughton with an opening and I was promised it was ran differently . Sadly I learned the rumors were true and learned why they have openings. This daycare is the reason my children will never be in a daycare facility again.
