Owner is pleasant. Some of the workers, not so much. My sister has a daughter that attends school there. An overnight family emergency had me running TWO minutes late in dropping my two year old niece off. Literally, two minutes late! 8:32 was the time. After knocking on the door for 6 minutes, seeing staff members walk out of the office and entering other classrooms, literally no one came to the door or answered the intercom to say, "it's too late for arrival". A young lady from maybe the state or social services was outside as well, knocked on the office window to identify herself and at that time, a woman came to the door to escort her in and told me that my niece was not allowed in because the cut off is at 8:30. It was now 8:38a.m. Again, this could have been communicated 6 minutes prior, or, an exception could have been made because my niece is NEVER late. She's dropped off 7:15 each morning by her mother. Very inhumane. Very distasteful. Very inconsiderate. But this isn't the first issue with this same lady, she's was caught by my mother bending over pointing her finger and yelling at my niece months ago when she was only a one year old. Sometimes we have to get rid of the bad apple before it ruins the entire bunch.

My daughter has been in this daycare for a few months now. The daycare she was at before we was told she’s the problem and so on, that daycare ended up getting shut down so I was going down the list of daycares in this area. I called this daycare and spoke with someone they stated I needed to come in and get her name put on a list and speak with the administrator and so I did. I explained what happened and why I was looking for a new daycare. The administrator told me to give her a few days and let her do a count and see if should could get me in. I called when she told me to and she said she did have a spot. With all that being said I did read the previous reviews on this establishment and so I was prepared to receive issues but I have not received one issue with this daycare. I absolutely love everyone that works there and how they treat my child and everyone else’s child, they actually care and love these children as if they were their own. They aren’t babysitters they are teachers that work with these children to help them become the best they can. I give them a 10/10.

My child has had great experience with this school. At first, it was hard to get him to stay because he never been to daycare before. Now is hard for him to leave every afternoon. Thank you I’ll keep up the great work.

I had my daughter in the daycare and had nothing but problems. They give you a rule book that they do not know or follow. Example: my mother went to drop my daughter off around 0900-1000, regardless she was 15 mins past this "cutoff". The directors assistant was outside talking to someone. She told my mother that "she knew she wasn't dropping The kid off, it was too late for that." My mother states that there was no designated time for drop off. The assistant continued with attitude and said that the director told everyone that there was a drop off time and TURNED my daughter away!! I went in the following day and spoke to the director. She realized that she did not tell me about a drop off time, was confused when I showed her the daycare's attendance policy that had nothing about a drop off time listed, and explained that I should have gotten a pass for the day. I was told that I would get a pass next time. I explained that I didn't need a next time, and she never told me her "new rules" that weren't in the book. She apologized, no credit or compensation for my lost day. I explained that I didn't appreciate the attitude from her assistant. I was told that's how she is and that I NEEDED to give her a chance. I pulled my daughter immediately after and glad I did. I used to pick up my neighbor's daughter all the time, I do not have time to get my W-10 from them since I work on the other side of town and I asked my neighbor to pick it up. I provided a handwritten note with the date, my name, my daughter's name, and a pic of my Valid ID. At first it was okay, now a short 8 hours later, it won't be accepted. They both are unprofessional, do not know the first thing about customer service, and the one at the desk needs an attitude adjustment. You get what you pay for at this daycare. Buyer Beware.

I want to give a BIG thank you to Alice & Mary Wonderland for working with my son and myself through the past year. My son is almost 5 and I have had him in 3 day cares throughout the years and this one is BY FAR one of the most caring places for a growing mind and a young kid to be himself. If a problem arises if you sit down and talk to the director I promise she will do all she can to work with a family who really has their child's best interest at heart. Thank you to all the staff for being like family to my son.
