10 minutes ago I called and the lady that answered was very unprofessional, the bus was taking long over an hour and 20 minutes, called to ask if they had any updates, a lady answered and she seemed to be annoyed! Responding with "I just got off the phone about that same street I told them 15 minutes" in an annoyed tone, I responded with "ok sounds good" and as soon as I was about to say thank you have a good day, she hung up! If you don't have the patience for the things that come with the job please look for another one, how was I supposed to know you had already been on the phone with someone else, I'm just trying to ensure that my brother gets home, please do better
I mean how you forget to pick up a child … more than once 🙄😒.. and you have a set routine… and when you call in it’s no better .. no explanation.. no one knows anything .. seems like they hire anybody no shade
My special needs toddler just started school and rides the short bus. I'm so happy to say that she absolutely adores both the driver Sheryl and the bus assistant — they treat my daughter with such patience and kindness. They are also great at keeping me up to date on her route. Overall, I really appreciate that Aldine drops and picks up special education students directly at their front doors — it's very convenient and safe.
bus service is the worst. Paying taxes in this district (i want my money back) letting drivers change the time daily without a email or a text. who is running things over there. I need to see the background checks. so disappointed.
Bus arrives 30min late in the morning and 40-45min late in the afternoon . And in the wrong stop where theirs no stop sign when it clearly says on the email where to stop . Bus rider blames on the kids that are not used the bus but yet my other son bus with the same bus stop location gets their on time and it the right spot .
