What Parents Say
Parents consistently praise Aladdin's Castle for excellent, caring staff who treat children like their own and maintain strong continuity even after families leave and return. Multiple reviews highlight the center's solid educational curriculum, engaging activities including field trips, and positive developmental outcomes for children from infants through pre-K. Families report long-term enrollment satisfaction, with several having attended for 5+ years.
Avoid This Daycare at All Costs I want to start by saying this is the worst daycare you could possibly take your child to — and the reviews speak for themselves. I began taking my daughter here when she was about 3–4 months old, and during that time, she had multiple visits to the ER due to constant illnesses and infections. She also suffered from diaper rashes almost every week. I would drop off five bottles each morning, already prepared with formula and ready to feed, but they rarely fed her properly. Many days she would only drink one or two bottles the entire day. When I picked her up, she was always hungry, tired, and clearly not given proper naps. The daycare was never clean or well-maintained. Since moving my daughter to Primrose in Midland, the difference has been night and day. She hasn’t had a single ER visit or diaper rash since starting there. The staff at Primrose are professional, caring, and attentive — unlike the staff at this daycare, who were often rude, complaining, and seemed to be in bad moods. There were several times I dropped my daughter off around 7:00–7:15 AM because I had to leave early for work, and they would complain that they “weren’t ready yet” to take her, making me wait. The floors, walls, and overall facility are filthy and poorly maintained. It’s clear that the owner only cares about money — not the children or their well-being. I truly regret ever leaving my daughter in their care. Please think twice before trusting this place with your child.
My daughter loves this place. Been taking her for 3 years. Mrs Tammy, Mr Rick, Mrs April, Mrs. Susanna and Mrs. Angel are wonderful people. My daughter loves the field trips and summer activities they do.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I once came to pick up my niece and witnessed a teacher tugging at children’s shirts and speaking aggressively to them. When I calmly told her that she shouldn’t talk to kids that way, she literally responded with, “I don’t care.” And clearly, she meant it—because it showed. What’s worse is the way this place gaslights parents. If your child shows any behavioral differences, they’re quick to dismiss any possibility of underlying neurodivergence and instead suggest that your kid is the problem—all while ignoring how their hostile tone and punitive tactics might actually be triggering that behavior. It’s manipulative and frankly dangerous. Parents deserve better. Kids definitely deserve better. And no one should have to tolerate this kind of environment masquerading as a “learning space.” —Dr. Machuca
We love Aladdin’s Castle. My son started there when he was a couple of months old. I tried out two other daycares before we moved to Aladdin’s. I’m so glad we did. I’ve never had any issues, and his health/breathing issues got much better after we did. He’s now five years old and is doing aftercare. They have taught him so well in Pre K, and it shows in his school work at Reagan, where he has a couple of his good friends from Aladdin’s.
My son was enrolled here from 10 weeks old until 6 months old. We only had experience with the infant room but we LOVED our teachers. Miss Charlotte, Miss Ana and Miss Mary will always hold a special place in our hearts! The front desk staff was always nice and inviting as well. The only reason we took him out was to move across the country, otherwise we would still be there!
