I love this place. Everyone that works there are awesome! Friendly and great with the kids.

safe environment, good people, unfortunate Aim High has changed a lot in the past few months where if you are late in payment even for couple of days they will leave you child at school principal office with a urgency from the school to have your child picked up. the human kindness was lost in the corporate meritocracy

This place has gone to the dogs ever since the old director Kayla left. This new manager called Nicole (who only got the job because her mom owns the company other parents tell me) has ZERO personal skills. Makes zero effort to make connections with parents or the kids. Kayla knew our names and always inquired into our families. Furthermore, the position of director should have gone to the lead teacher Rosy not the daughter of the owner. My kids, as well multiple parents agree on the error of bypassing Rosy for Nicole and we’re all looking for alternative child-care in the area. Lori, the owner, needs to do a better job at managing her directors instead of letting them run the place to the ground. As a business owner, she should put BUSINESS first, not family.

Kids not picked up. We were late with payment due to new credit card. 1st time in 2 years. A regular check was not accepted 24h later. Only money order. Therefore they did not pick up both kids the next day. And I had to drive back from San Jose at 12:30pm and get the kids.

Best after-school program. They are attentive, caring and spend time developing our kids. For working parents this help is so appreciated.
