We have sent our daughter to Agape since she was about 1.5 or 2 years old. They have been nothing but amazing with her. She is now 5 years old and thriving in Kindergarten! My main focus was her safety, development, and being prepared for Kindergarten. They met all those expectations. Also, Ms. Carolyn is amazing!!! Our daughter absolutely loves her and you can tell she really cares about the kids ❤️

My daughters have been going to Agape for the past 4 -5 years and honestly I couldn't have asked for a better daycare. All the staff members are extremely kind, hard working and understanding. I've never had any complaints or doubts when leaving my girls here. My oldest daughter still goes back for Summer Camp and she loves it every time. My little one has learned so much and has grown in so many aspects of development because of Agape. The entire staff has attended to her since she was 6 months old and now she's going on 4 and she still receives all the love, care and attention from all over her teachers. I will continue to recommend Agape even after my girls are no longer attending. Thank you Agape!

They earned this review so I'm gonna post it. I really waited on them to professionally respond and act like they got some business sense but I guess they just don't have it. I would first like to say they are not a horrible daycare just unprofessional and lack communication when it comes to interacting with parents. THEY DON'T CARE WHAT ANY PARENTS HAVE TO SAY. THEY JUST DON'T. My child has never been in daycare this was his first. Once my child enrolled they said nothing but positive things about his behavior. Talked about how sweet and nice he was. Fast forward to December one of the teacher's helpers told me that my child has been hitting. I attempted to talked to his lead teacher one morning but she wasn't there. I talked to Step-up director and she said she hasn't notice any of that behavior and she told me " If the lead teacher has not reached out to you then there is no problem. The younger staff shouldn't be telling you that as that is not their place." One Friday I came early to pick up my child and WITNESSED a kid push my kid flat on his face unprovoked and he wasn't trying to play with my kid. The staff was there and I said something to the kid before they got a chance to. I informed my husband and he did not like that. We brought it to their attention and their response was " well your son hits too" deflecting from the issue. Keep in mind we never said our kid didn't hit. At their age it's gonna be a little bit of hitting but I felt like in his classroom it was excessive. Therefore the daycare/lead teacher should be working with the parents to minimize it. Come up with a plan of action to work on the hitting. It' should be a collaborative thing. They wanted no part in it. They felt offended that we even said anything like the nerve of us. They offer parents to come in anytime to watch the cameras to see how their kid is doing. We decided to do that and once we decided to that they made it known they didn't like us doing that even though they offer it to parents. I watched the camera for about an hour and one kid literally went around the whole class just slapping students. The Step-up director was sitting there with me and she saw it too and was kind of shocked. Then she stated that a kid we are looking at. The child was not trying to play with the other kids. He was hitting them to take their toys. Nothing was said to the boy at all. We did receive our first message ever on March 19 on our child hitting which seem to be vindictive and out of spite. So since we brought up a hitting problem the lead teacher NOW wants to message us about our kid hitting the whole 6 months we have been here. Then when you respond back to them they will not respond at all. Another issue we are cash paying. Never missed a payment. It's the daycare business manager job to run the payment every week. She was on maternity leave so it was somebody else job to run the payments. They didn't so she asked her to run the payments for 4 weeks that was missed. We had no problem with that. Charge what is owed. Well she charged that plus 1 extra week. We contacted her about what was the extra charge for. She sent us a ledger to us and it was from 6 months ago when we first enrolled. Now as a business Manager why would you not send an email stated that and apologizing for the error. We was gonna pay it regardless but why wouldn't you make sure you inform us of that before charging it. Then there was no apology or nothing. We decided to unenroll our child because they don't have any accountability and they really don't care. When I say they don't care they don't care. We sent an email on us unenrolling our child. They never responded back. They didn't contact us on a way to pick up his pull ups and clothes. Nothing I guess everything went in the donation bin. I guess that's how they run their daycare and the parents just have to deal with it. This was a simple issue and they responded unprofessional can't imagine how they would respond if something serious happened.

At first, we loved this center. My son had a few amazing teachers. But after getting kicked out several years ago for "not being typical enough" I don't believe their mission statement is true. Truly left us broken hearted. If you think your child may have any kind of disability, I'd steer clear.
