They truly care about every child and it shows in everything they do. My daughter has grown so much socially, emotionally, and academically since joining. She’s excited to go every morning and always comes home with stories about what she learned and the fun activities they did that day. The staff keeps me updated, communicates clearly, and always greets us with a smile. It’s such a great feeling knowing she’s in an environment that’s both nurturing and educational. PLEASE READ THROUGHLY!!!! If you want what’s best for your kid(s) this place is NOT it! Don’t get me wrong before the OG staff was forced to quit due to being mistreated and underpaid I was satisfied with care but as I noticed they all left because of the things management allowed. They may currently still be under investigation after allowing a teacher to forcefully care for another parent’s child. The curriculum here sucks! The kids are literally being babysat. For them to call it a “learning center” there wasn’t much learning! Lots of tablet time and outside time. There was many times I had to call as I watched the cameras because I was watching my own kid being neglected or getting into materials he was not supposed to have access to. There was days my son would get incident reports for things that was not on him but on the facility itself such as running outside to the play area or down the hall. As a childcare center access to outside should be restricted and safe! I’m glad he never made it over their gates due to the busy street they are located on. Day by day I just lost interest , became frustrated with the inconsistency of teachers/staff and watching my son’s attitude change drastically. I wondered why such a huge change in behavior. He began to fight and harm his teachers due to them trying to force him asleep EVERYDAY and also hover over him not allowing him to be himself. I watched the cameras as they became frustrated with him day by day. So I admit yes my child was acting out but it was all due to his environment. He is now attending a much safer and cleaner environment free of ant infestations and with teachers and directors who are equipped for child development. He is learning everyday and so excited for drop offs. I remember him crying telling me he didn’t want to go when attending Adventures. The most disappointing thing was after I spoke to a director about a incident that happened due to the kids not being properly watched over outside (since there are no cameras out there) I was told he could return for care just for another director shortly after to call and tell me and I quote “your little guy has become too much for us to keep up with”. That phone call gave me all the clarity I needed to get him into his new place of care ASAP. I wasn’t even upset I was so relieved and thankful! He was already enrolled and ready to go because as I said I sensed that my son’s security was threatened so I wanted him out before they even did. However Darryanna, a staff member there is amazing! I loved how patient and kind she was with my child. She deserves so much more! I am appreciative for the days they got me through but everything is not all sunshine and rainbows how they make it seem for people who are new to childcare centers or just touring the facility in general. If you are thinking about care maybe you should reconsider!

Adventures Learning Centers has been such a blessing for our family! When Lexi first started, she was a little shy and unsure about being away from me during the day. The teachers were so patient and kind with her, and within just a few weeks she was running into the classroom with a big smile on her face. Now she talks nonstop about her friends, her teachers, and all the fun things they do arts and crafts, story time, outside play, and learning activities that she doesn’t even realize are educational because she’s having so much fun. I’ve seen her confidence grow so much, and it’s clear how much the staff truly cares about every child. The communication is wonderful, and I always feel in the loop about what’s going on in her day. It gives me such peace of mind knowing Lexi is somewhere safe, loved, and supported. I’m so thankful we found Adventures Learning Centers it’s more than just childcare; it’s a second home for Lexi.

This was the worst experience of my life! The staff was restraining my son to a chair. I recorded numerous incidents on camera and repeatedly questioned the staff's behavior until the owner, Vonda, blocked my access to the cameras. One day, I caught a staff member getting frustrated with my son. She decided to restrain him to a chair because he was in a classroom with older children, and they didn’t have enough staff available. While the other kids were sitting down watching a movie, she was about to makemy son sit still by using the restraint. If I could give them 0 stars I would

If you love your child, value your child’s safety and well-being, steer clear of this place. The staff is inattentive, unprofessional, and clearly inexperienced. It’s heartbreaking to know they’re still operating and marketing themselves as a "learning center," when they’re the ones lacking the basic understanding of how to properly care for children. What my child went through was truly upsetting, and instead of taking accountability, they downplayed and sugarcoated the entire situation.
