You know a teacher is good when your kids ask over the weekend when they go back to school. I had two kids at Amazing Adventures for almost 3yrs and wouldn’t recommend it enough. What truly sets Ms. Shannon apart is her commitment to actually teaching the kids every single day. In a world where preschool programs rely too heavily on playtime or rest, Ms. Shannon ensures that the children are engaged in meaningful learning activities that spark curiosity and she knows how to adapt lessons to meet the needs of each child. When my last born got admission into the public school, I couldn’t bring myself to send the email to Ms Shannon. We’ll genuinely miss both Ms Shannon and Ms Emma. You ladies worked with your heart and we felt it everyday. Thank you for all the love kindness you showed our kids. God bless you.

** This is NOT a daycare. This is truly a Kindergarten readiness program** Ms. Shannon is an AMAZING teacher. My daughter had the privilege of being in Ms. Shannon's Pre-K 4 class last year. The curriculum that was taught, along with how the material was presented strengthened my daughter's compassion for learning. Ms. Shannon also gave out homework, which was a huge bonus for me. Although, my daughter was only a part time student, which meant that she only came once or sometimes twice per week, her reading and math scores surpassed the average 5 year old entering into Kindergarten. Ms. Shannon meets your child intellectually where they are, then continues to build, grow, and nurture them- not only in books, but in life. She reassures her students daily through positive affirmations- "I am special. I am magnificent. I am incredible. I AM ONE OF A KIND." Ms. Shannon truly enjoys teaching and the impact she leaves on your child is priceless. In my daughter's words, " Ms. Shannon is the best. I LOVE MS. SHANNON."

Ms. Shannon is absolutely AMAZING! I've had two of my children enrolled in her program and both have had the chance to learn and grow from attending here. Both have also created a special bond with Ms. Shannon. She not only cares for my kids but also takes the time to put weekly curriculums together for them and the rest of the children in her care. Uncertain of how we would maintain our daughter’s learning during a pandemic, I stumbled across Ms. Shannon on social media. Since my daughter has been working with her since November 2020, we have noticed significant growth. She’s excited for virtual school and the opportunity to interact with her virtual teacher and classmates. She loves the morning circle time, letter of the week, number of the week, and hands on activities like painting every Thursday. We are very happy with this program and highly recommend it to others! I’m sure my little one will be ready for preschool in the fall!
