We've gone here for over 2 years and I can't say enough positive things about this place and the people that work there. They have treated our family so great and have loved our son like he is their own. Their curriculum is amazing - my son just turned 3 and can already count to 20, knows all his letters out of sequence, knows his colors in English and Spanish, and has learned sign language. The teachers and staff are so kind and they have built such a beautiful relationship with my son. We love it here and 100% would recommend it to anyone.
My son has been going to Connect Academy for over a year. We absolutely adore Amber the director and the teachers whose care he has been in. While no place is perfect, my baby is well taken care of every day, which gives my mama heart peace while I am at work. My baby has been loved and cared for by Nagwa, LeeAnna, Audrey, Amanda, Mishael, Sydney, and Doreen and so many other amazing people. I can't say enough incredible things about each of these ladies and what they mean to us and my son. Connect Academy is clean, updated, and overall a great place to bring your kiddos. We are SO SO grateful for a place and people who pray over and pour into our little guy!
I would highly recommend this place! Being a foster parent and the challenges that come from getting the kids on the right track can be overwhelming. We have had past children in different daycares that were good but not as excellent as connect offers. The current placements we have came to us with allot of delays that we were not aware of before placement. After attending connect for a few months we are beyond impressed of how much this has made our life easier to help get the kids to meet their milestones. The facility is always clean, smells great, and the communication through the day is beyond impressive. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants their child in a fun, safe, and clean learning environment!
Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with connect academy. We were considering moving our child here, but were told late in the process that their wait list wasn’t truly a wait list. They’d call you, let you know a spot was open, and you could start paying that day or forfeit the spot. That’s different than other local daycares, who give you a 30 day heads up so you can give notice at your current daycare. Otherwise, you end up paying both for a month. The reviews, and our experience, seem to show a pattern of leadership being disinterested in understanding & fixing issues and more concerned with maximizing income. The director wasn’t helpful, so I would recommend you stay away from this daycare and Itown church which is associated with it.
I can understand the negative reviews on here but transitions of any business are hard! We hung in through the transition and COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. AMAZING teachers and top of line rooms. So much love for this place and these people. My 3 year old is learning so much educationally and spiritually. They send so many updates throughout the day. Top of the line rooms and so so clean. Highly recommend!
