A safe, fun, loving environment for kids. My son loves coming to see his teachers and friends. Ms. Jessica and Ms. Rachel are so kind and make me feel that my 19 month old is well cared for when I can’t be there. I appreciate so much when my son is given the space to adjust at drop off rather than being torn from my arms. The teachers and directors are very responsive and promptly respond to questions and concerns and take action as necessary.
Since enrolling our child not even 4 months ago he has been quarantined 2 times for a mandatory total of 28 days (14 each time in total including weekends/holidays). My child has never had covid. They are difficult to work with when it comes to paying for daycare when they close or your class closes. They offered for us to pay zero tuition this last time they closed but by the time they sent the email had already charged our card the full tuition for the week. It’s absolute chaos in the Clemmons location right now. Last minute communications with parents, being charged for services not provided, being charged full price when they operate of reduced hours because they are short staffed...the list goes on and on. I would seriously reconsider your life goals before enrolling your child here. If your career and finances are important, don’t do it. You can watch your child on the cameras for 5 minute increments 5 times a day and majority of the time the employees are not wearing masks. Health hazard and in general just dissatisfied with the overall service we have received other than potty training.
Called to inquire about toddler classroom, the Director was curt, gave 3 different answers in a matter of 1 minute regarding waitlist timeframe. Didn’t make me feel at ease or welcoming to potentially placing my child here, more like an inconvenience.
Over the past year we had almost monthly incidents involving our toddler which included (but were not limited to) being bitten on the face, bruising on her back, bites on her arm and legs, and a cut she received under her left eye after a fall. Most were related to insufficient staff in the classroom. (Meaning we actually counted and there were not enough teachers) but our attempts to address the issue with staff were ignored. The daycare went repeatedly understaffed in this way and the administration offices were often left empty in the mornings as staff covered classrooms. When we finally attempted to address these issues with the state as they were not complying with their own policies. The daycare refused to release the video and we were given 2 weeks notice and told our child required more care than they were willing to provide.
