What Parents Say
These reviews appear to be from a healthcare clinic, not a daycare center. The reviews describe medical services with highly positive feedback about doctors and clinical staff, but significant complaints about scheduling, wait times, and management.
Without exaggeration this is one of the best managed and run medical experiences I have had. My health was failing on multiple levels and the combined skills of Dr. David Davis and Holly Weiner-Rainey is unsurpassed. The support staff in knowledgeable, efficient and professional.
2 bad experiences here in one week. Receptionists are nice, but the Dr I saw was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. Dr Dejan was distracted, took more time messing with the printer and talking about how they don't pay him enough, than in listening to what i need. He took all his time to slowly do referrals, then refused to refill my medications, order labs or check out a pain I had in the moment bc he already had other people waiting...I wasn't in there 10 minutes with him. Another wasted appointment there. Save your time and go somewhere else.
I waited over a month for an annual doctors visit for my two children. It was hard enough trying to work around doctors scheduleds to fit in my two kids at a close enough time. They were able to give me the appointment for both with a 40 minute gap in between. Same day of the appointment I was called to reschedule because the doctor called out. This is the third time they did this, this year! Very inconvenient and unprofessional. I understand things happen but 3 times? Cmon! I do not recommend this place.
I came to this location for the 1st time for a gyno appointment and was pleasantly surprised with the service. Being a biological woman and having to get routine Pap smears is a pain in the ass and an annoying process. Luckily for me, the doctor I worked with today made it a little less annoying. Holly Rainey was her name and she was very pleasant and a great conversationalist about the medical services and made me feel comfortable. I’ve been “slut shamed” at women’s health centers before so it was refreshing talking with someone that was so open. Also, as a plus they use plastic speculums instead of metal which was way more comfortable!!!
I have been a member for the Community Healthcare Network for many years. The moment I walked into the clinic this morning Renee Davis was absolutely welcoming. I came down with the Flu and needed to see a doctor. Renee Davis went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable while in the waiting room. She provided a chair for me to sit as the waiting room was packed with people waiting to be seen. When I asked her for water she quickly gave me a cup of water as I have a sore throat. Ms Davis made my wait there pleasant and comfortable and tried her best for me to be seen by a doctor. I saw the nurse but wasn’t able to see the doctor and instructed me to go to Urgent Care. Renee Davis was professional, courteous, kind and extremely helpful! It is because of people like her that keeps me as a member of the Community Healthcare Network. She is a reflection of your center. A true blessing and an Angel! Sincerely, Nefertiti Guzman Patient for many years.
