Acelero Learning Clark County - Cecile Walnut

I applied for Acelero sometime back in Early March. Did all of the paperwork and had all of the phone calls I needed to have to get him enrolled into the program. The last phone call I had was about getting my son on an IEP before starting. The lady mentioned I will get an email about that and fill it out. Never heard back and never got an email. Fast forward to yesterday 4/24/24 I get a call from my son’s supposed teacher saying we need to hurry up and have an in person interview at the school with me and my son. I was at work. I told her my availability and asked if we could do next Tuesday. She said she will speak to her director and get back with me. She calls me in the evening her name is Alondra, and said he has to be on the waitlist again because I wouldn’t have been able to come in. I was like this wasn’t my fault I never heard from you guys. I also asked how long ago did he get accepted into the program? she said on Monday. She claims she called she never did. I told her we’ll give us a TIME so we can be at the appointment tomorrow 4/25/24. Which I was never given. She texts me today stating the same thing that she spoke to her director and he has to be waitlisted again. My son is 5, I put 3 locations in total on the application. This was the only one that called me so far, by the time they get back to me he will be in school elsewhere starting Kindergarten. I was trying to work with them, but they didn’t want to work with me. Wasn’t meant to be.
