Academy For Little Children-Cumb.

Both my children attended A4LC and I couldn’t imagine sending them anywhere else. My older has flourished in their caring and supportive environment. My youngest started a month ago and is already settled into a wonderful routine with her teachers. The teachers are so kind and caring and the director Ms. Cyndi is very attentive and communicates quickly and efficiently. I will always recommend this facility for child care.

If you’re looking for a safe space for your child or children, this may not be the right place. The amount of incident reports that were given to me in regards to my child who has an IEP, and the amount of reports heard by other families who had involvement with Lincoln ALC should be investigated and quite frankly, the owner Cynthia Leonard doesn’t seem all that physiologically equity to direct a facility that involves that many families and children. She’s may be very rude, to and in front of your children, and will bequeath any and all unrelated issues to your child, or children. Under no circumstances would I enroll my children under her management. You may choose to enroll your child and if you do, you’ll likely be deceived by smiles and nice words, but your child will likely sustain injuries that incident reports are not made for, but when you’re child reacts to injury such as a blackened eye, they will be the one to suffer the consequence. There are a few families that have been with Lincoln ALC for a while who will be taken care of MUCH more than your newly enrolled child, and that I can promise you. There should be no reason a director of a childcare program should EVER have to defend herself in her own google reviews.

Great attention to detail and personalized care for my child. Every staff member knows and greets me and my child personally. My child holds his arms out to be picked up by his teachers, they’re affectionate and educated. They helped me get my son involved in early intervention, and if you compare prices with other local daycares- their prices are incredibly fair and reasonable. The area the daycare is located in is safe and calm but also centrally located. Most importantly my son has fun at school!

Our son started here in May and from the very start we have had nothing but a fabulous experience. His teachers are very much invested in his growth and show the utmost kindness and love. The facility is very clean, organized, and great with communication. Our family would highly recommend this facility!

My 2yr old has been attending the Academy since he was 4 months old and he loves going to school. He’s made some great friends and has really bonded with his teachers. The facility is completely remodeled inside, the classrooms are a nice size and there are a number of outdoor spaces to play. The teachers and assistants are friendly and approachable and they plan fun hands on activities. I’m impressed with what my son has learned through play! The staff is responsive to any questions I have and I love that I get daily pictures and notes about his day!
