My son has been attending Academy at Griffin Harbour since he was 20 months old. He is now 4 years old, and every year I love this school even more. The school is small, which makes a huge difference. The teachers are very close to the parents, everyone knows the families, and they truly care about the children. My son loves his school and absolutely adores his teachers. They are amazing, kind, loving, and genuinely passionate about what they do. One thing I really appreciate is how supportive the school is for parents. They offer parents night out, which gives us a much needed break. The tuition and lunch prices are very reasonable, and I love that I don’t have to worry every day about packing a lunchbox. They also provide essentials like blankets and sheets, which makes life so much easier for families with busy schedules. I am beyond happy with this school and highly recommend it to any parent looking for a caring, supportive, and wonderful environment for their child.
A great school! The teachers are super caring and sweet! The school communicates with parents through an app that tells you when your child goes potty, what your child eats, when your child naps, observations, accomplishments, and photos. The teachers create engaging multi sensory lessons. Students play, read, write, draw, color, paint, listen to music, dance, and play outside. Every Wednesday, students sing and dance at the chapel. The school celebrates fun national holidays where students can dress up too. My son doesn’t want to leave most days!
You will not regret your kid time here, from care to earlier education I have my biggest respect, and if you ever need a pastor. he will be there for you as well.
Our daughter, now 16, spent her entire daycare years with Cheryl and her amazing team. They treated her like family and they treated us like family. She had all she needed. She was safe, happy and healthy! 11 years later and the facility and Cher near and dear to our hearts! I just found pictures the other day of all of the activities and memories! Thank you Cher for helping us raise our princess to a strong and smart young lady!!!!
My son who is now 7 has attended the center since he was in Pre K. Since then he has always been excited to go back each summer and spend time in camp with the staff who are all super lovable and kind. They were amazingly helpful during Covid and I feel so blessed my son was there during those difficult times as I felt he was being well taken care of and that was one less thing to worry about. This is a wonderful place for kids to start their journey of being around other children and parents can rest easy that their children are in great hands!! Would recommend in a heartbeat!!!
